Bay area folks,

Know of a place to shoot some discreet work (indoors, but if you know of a great outdoor location, I'll be looking for those for the warmer weather as well)? Hoping to find a place between Oakland and Milpitas, and out to Pleasanton (hoping closer to Oakland). Possibility of shooting in San Francisco as well. I know the hotels, etc. but those are so boring for backgrounds, etc. Looking for a place to shoot, and will need to shoot for about 2-3 hours. Well lit, and of course it needs electrical for the equipment, etc. Can't afford too much - this is a shoot for her website and she's not raking in the money yet.
