MOBILITY @ xxXtenxion - this is not a webcam, this is cyberspace (Odyssey 20, 247, 23)

Pomodoro Bolzano is happy to invite you to xxXtenxion, a Second Life representation of the international container art project MOBILITY actually taking place in Regenburg, Germany. 6 artists/groups + 6 containers build and create a temporary art zone on a main square in the city of Regenburg.

The media art group Pomodoro Bolzano transforms the real exhibition scenario into the metaverse of Second Life. This extension into cyberspace allows artists, performers and audience to experiment in a mixed reality environment serving as stage, workspace and meetingplace.

Avatar Orchestra Metaverse live at xxXtenxion, Soundroom Eskilstuna/Schweden

Avatar Orchestra Metaverse (founded, among others by members of Pomodoro Bolzano) present another mixed-reality concert. Miulew Takahe will direct a live performance from the Soundroom of the Eskilstuna University (Sweden), interacting in SL with the other orchestra-members in Germany, Holland, Norway, Italy, Canada and USA. The event will be screened to RL viewers in Eskilstuna and Regensburg, creating a brief shortcircuit between two parallel-universes.

The virtual exhibition will be opened 24/7 from may 5 -18. 2007.
