Well, the Second Talk device should be very good for virtual performances! That is really my belief. I just catched a headset yesterday late night and will now start to explore it on tuesday evening and wednesday evening. I keep you updated on the progressions. It has been said to me that one can have up to 10 talkers in a group at same time... and with talkers you cup put in any sound instead of speach I mean... we could probably produce a very wird cacaphonic orchestra using these... But for headphone festivals too it can be used. Maybe we can try out some soon. You only need to have a Skype free account to use it and there shall be different options on how to connect to other people. Yuo find these headset - or better say bluetooth interface, because it is only weared on the right ear - and very little. It is easy to loose it if you drop it on the floor.

I can IM where to find these - when at SL. If you cant wait, just search for Second Talk in the search window. I think it is made by Centric and they have some very dull office buildings where you can get this from automats.

Also talked with Harold Shellinx (www.harsmedia.com) the other day about possible prohjects that we can run together with you at PB. He is also quite excited about this possibilities. He has done several headphone festivals and also he is the initiatior of the Vicky's Mosquitos project that I also was a part of on the 12th time. Here is a blog posting about the VM12 last summer:

and also do check the Placard (Headphone festivals) at www.leplacard.org/ Erik Minkinnen, the "inventor" is very nice and I do think he would be positive about helping out on both virtual and real placards. He often visits and helps to build these placards in RL. But we could do it ourself too - it is not that technical. Maybe a nice thing for you to do in RL too?... but maybe all things now move in-World?

Well, I am very glad we happened to be on the same Flux-list and all these things starting to happening. The flux.hibition case seems to be seldom seen and seldom sighted but I believe there where some info about it has arrived in Rome on the 11th of jan. But, we take step by step on all this. Nice being here.
