<div>Anyone like to share a story about an experience they had with being treated for an injury without the use of going under the knife. Were you able to recover well after the treatment? How Are you now? What form of treatment did they use? <br/> <br/>ie: Theraputic Massage useing the modality of Cyriax cross fiber fiction helped me recover from an old injury that evolved scar tissue build of a fall I took in Kung Fu. I landed hard on my infraspinatus on a rock. <div> I just wanted to add this for those that did'nt already know this...placing your feet in a tub of warm water....try to be as hot as you can and still be comfortable. Place a cold compress on your neck and wait aprox 15-20 minutes...it should be gone..or at least considerably better. The cold compress draws the blood away from the area of the head that's in pain. I first learned about this from a homiopathic doctor..when I was in extreme pain from a migrain hedache. Just this week I learned about it again from my schooling in massage school. I Love expanding my knowledge! <br/>Another interesting thing that I found when I had a horrible tooth ache was that the only thing that stopped the excruciating pain was to get in a tub of very warm water..shortly after I did this it stopped. Anyone else like to comment about this..or have similar ideas on the subject?
