Hello,

I have been attempting to contact the Royalty of Outlands, An Tir, Calontir, Caid, Northshield, Glenn Abhann, Ansteorra, and Æthelmearc through the "official channels" regarding a Children's event that my camp is sponsoring this Pennsic War. I have received support for the following request from all other Kingdoms, but have not yet heard from these eight.

I want to make every effort to reach out and include the Monarchs of every Kingdom, if they so desire, and I hope that any associates of the current Royalty of these Kingdoms can help me in my efforts to contact them.

I am copying my letter here, in the hopes that it can be forwarded to the appropriate Kingdom chamberlains or to the Majesties, themselves. The response from the other Kingdoms has been, overwhelmingly, positive, and I am fast approaching my printer's deadline.

Please help if you can.

During Pennsic XXXV, Circus of the Damned sponsored a game for the Children of Pennsic called the "Great Pennsic Plague". This game reached out to every Pennsic child and called upon them to save the Pennsic War from the ravages of a Great Plague by capturing "Plague Mice", and turning them in during the Children's Fete for prizes and Royal Commendations. We were honored to have the monarchs of the East, Atlantia, Calontir, West, Gleann Abhann, and Ansteorra endorse this game, by allowing us to use their names on the "Royal Commendations".

All in all, over 400 children participated and the game was a great success.


During the Pennsic XXXVI, Circus of the Damned will again be sponsoring a "treasure hunt" for the Children of Pennsic, and the call will again ring out throughout Pennsic for the children to help save Pennsic from certain doom. This year, a new breed of ferocious creature will need to be tamed and captured by the Children, allowing them to serve the populace of the Knowne World and become heroes.

We would like to request that you add your support to this year's endeavor by allowing us to add your names to the following proclamation (one of which will be given to every participating child).

Let it be known that this child has, without regard to their own safety and well-being, helped to save the populace of the Great Pennsic War of the year 2007 from certain disaster.

As such, we give Our Royal Thanks and Gratitude.
