I have to say it doesn't feel me with confidence that it has taken them over two and a half years to produce this, it's awful and seems to be full of bugs. Would have been easier for them to just add everyone's Yahoo Messenger ID to their profiles!

Tue, March 18, 2008 - 2:19 PMI don't think there's anything to stop anyone from posting their Yahoo, AIM, MSN, Mac.com, or Skype ID's.
Personally I'd favor Skype, because I'd like the crossplatform audio capability. iChat would be even better, but I'm used to being on a minority platform. :)

Having posted the above.. now I am having all sorts of problems with chat :( Can log in.. and get the list of friends.. but when I click on one - the dialogue box is not loading.. and then finally when it does.. it will not "send" my messages :(
