I am now a year into tribal,I understand the importance for me to take daily practise,I am making up for,m lost time.
my goal is to be the best dancer I can be.

well the yoga before bed is yoga with rachel brice,so theres some dance in there too.
I find it very soothing for my body and mind.
I find without it,I don't sleep so well and when I do I am restless.
How Can I Strengthen My Belief In Myself and My Abilities to Make Sure They Get Stronger Everyday?
by saying my dancers litany to myself ,and by being grateful of what I have achieved already.
I am so grateful to my body for every move it makes.
todays practise:
* supercallanetics for the legs-15mins
* dance drills - 40 minutes
before bed
* 40 minutes yoga/dance with Rachel
tomorrow there will be a change in routine as its cardio day!

at the moment I am doing callanetics when and where I can,and dancing each night.I have 2 choreographies to work at.I am realy enjoying them.
I am performing on the open stage at tribal london in a couple of weeks,very exited.
so tonight I will need to dance,I have felt so mood swung today but yet foocused.
