since we all do so much with them, let's warm them up, shall we?

Here we go!!

Straighten & spread all fingers as if your hands are fans opening wide.

Keep the knuckles straight while bending the two smaller joints of the fingers; try to touch the edge of the palm. (almost like a sign language C only with the fingers pressed against flat against themselves)

Put fingers and palms together in the "prayer" position. Lower the hands to get a stretch.
(Repeat 3 times.)

With the arms extended overhead and palms together (arms benhind the head) stretch arms upward and slightly backwards. Breathe in as you stretch upward, holding the stretch for 6-8 seconds.

While keeping the hand relaxed, pull thumb and wrist back with the opposite hand. (Repeat this stretches 3 times.)

Straighten elbows, bend fingers into fists and then bend wrists under. (Repeat 3 times.)

I picked this up from my trainer and it helps ALOT, from when I rehearse to when I'm at my dayjob in front of the computer for 9 hours.
