Yes, in South Central Los Angeles is the We Can - Urban Farm Network inaugural permaculture event on the 11th of September.

Total Urban Renewal starts here at the heart of Los Angeles.

There will be a renewal of the city. Of cities everywhere to accommodate the increasing population and because everything you need to support large numbers of people are in place. The reason I am so excited about the We Can Urban Farm Network Programs is that they are literally building the infrastructure for sustainable food sources for communities within the city.

I like that a community in South Central is going to lead the renewal.
