Permaculture for Peace investigates sustainable projects implemented all over the world.

Sustainable project locations of the greatest interest are sometimes in the poorest regions of the world. Places with no power, no petroleum, no running water, and places with extreme hot or cold temperatures, these projects are of greatest interest because people all over the world are showing that we do not need to fear the PEAK OIL CRISIS. If we just use combinations of techniques that have been proven to keep people alive through the worst (drought, famine, extremely cold winters, extremely hot and dry summers, fuel shortage, etc.), while at the same time improving the soil not degrading it, add to the water table not usurping it, and in general, healing the land, water, air, biosphere, self, family unit, and of course society.
