I like the feel of this tribe. I grew up outside of Sacramento, and am sad to see it so suburbanized I dont recognize it!
We live in central GA (yes-ew ich, compared to Berkeley, but here we are) We fell into owning 30 acres of trees and are just beginning a "permaculture teaching farm" andhope to find others to share this land long term with us as a community.
IF you know of anyone wanting some good boot camp training my partner is a certified permie and we have a ton of projects going on-most fun-building a small cabin then other buildings out of scrounged cardboard, carpet and stucco.
