Mon, June 5, 2006 - 11:04 AMInteresting video. I wasn't able to watch all of it (I'm at work right now) but from the first 30 minutes I think I get the gist of it.
It's actually quite similar to what I believe about spellworking - if you are focusing on a particular outcome, that is the outcome you will achieve.
That's also why we witches are NEVER supposed to perform negative magic. Manipulating someone else will leave us open to manipulation. Intentionally causing harm to someone will eventually result in harm to ourselves. We have very specific rules for this that pretty much agree with what the video is saying.
So who has interesting stories and examples to share about this?

Mon, June 5, 2006 - 2:44 PMI watched all the video yesterday. I planned to post the link, but got busy and didn't get around to it. It's a very good movie worth watching. Very Bleepesque (What the Bleep). One of the points stressed in the movie is the importance of only focusing on positive thoughts because whatever your focus is is what you attract to you. This is the same principle as performing negative magick. If you're focusing on the negative, that's what you'll get in your life.

If you want to buy the video after watching it, they credit your $4.95 viewing fee to your DVD purchase. It's just like renting a film, but you don't have to go anywhere to rent it. Not bad. Actually, it's a brilliant idea.
