Mind Interference before sleep

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I'm trying to find a place to pose an interesting question. I have been working on transcending the mind for a couple of years now, and im doing pretty well. The power of now has helped me allot.

One thing I have been noticing is that when I go to bed my mind is very active at trying to create false identities out of things my mind is not able to let go off. Certain things happen throughout the day that some how build up and then when I go to sleep my mind will try to play out scenarios where could have or should have done something different.. It usually has to do with challenges to my self that I faced though out the day.

For instance, I'm taking an English class at the junior college where I live, I know the teacher because i have taken an English class with him before and I like the teacher. He is a pretty conservative guy, I'm finding myself ad odds with some of the things he is teaching in his class. mainly the idea that our writing wont be taken seriously if we dont base everything on facts. I agree to a certain extent that when you are writing about real world things you do need to cite factual data. But I also know that writing about abstract ideas is just as interesting and can still be pursued as a valid topic. Its unfortunate because when ever any of us try to talk about abstract ideas, or about how certain points of view are largely relative or Dependant on how one thinks about the world. Also how ones view determines what one experiences in his world. He doesn't think these issues are valid to the topic we are discussing and steers the discussion away from it. Not sure what to do about this but I am thinking about talking to him in private.

Anyway when I go to sleep my mind trys to invent scenarios that give me enough leverage to convince him that he is not being open to other possibilities that exist outside of what he knows. And it doesn't stop, I bring my attention back to my breathing and my mind keeps coming back to creating scenarios where I can help him see that there is more to life than what we can perceive from our regular senses... and I Know this is not my job BTW.. but I find myself not be able to sleep because of all these little things that my mind wont let go off.

Does anyone have any ideas about how I can handle this, Id like to be at peace when I go to bed but my mind races with things that it feels it needs to resolve...

Thoughts on learning from the Astral

This is a rich subject about which I can only share my truth. Trust your own information on this topic and take from this only what serves you. It’s been a life-long journey of mine to visit the astral and experience all the magical and otherworldly treasures is has to offer. At a certain point that enticing space began to present the question, “So now you know how to get here, what are you taking back with you?” I did not know.
What are my lessons? And how does this information integrate into my bodyworld? Ultimately that is my highest purpose on this planet—to evolve as a being in this body until the end, when my body is no more.
When I began to cognitively evaluate the astral information I was gleening, I became frustrated, stuck, and needing answers. This overlayed an atmosphere of expectation around my astral journeys and my intuitive information gathering. It is difficult to be open to all that’s before me when I’m in a picture of expectation. In those moments I am only able to see that which I expect. This begged the question, “How much do I miss this way?”
Where I’ve landed at present is that to analyze my higher knowledge information is to try to sift it through a strainer that’s too small—it only allows the smallest of insights to seep through. A technique that has helped me immensely is to say an affirmation or set an intention before and after my astral journeys that goes something like this: “I am collecting valuable information for my highest good. It integrates in my body, mind and soul without effort or analyzation. I evolve towards my highest good with ease and grace.”
I’ve found recently that I do not need to label and cognitively understand a lesson in order to learn and grow from it. Often, I don’t even know I’ve integrated it until I find myself acting differently, or no longer re-acting the same way. . .in other words, being differently. I sometimes even start my journeys with a lesson I’d like to learn in mind. For instance, I may say I’d like to learn about unconditional love. Then I’ll go into my meditation and on to the astral or into my intuitive information. When I’m done I speak my affirmation and simply allow myself to notice how I “am” in life. Sometimes the difference is immediate, and at other times it’s gradual. But as long as I stay open to integration and outside of expectation, I am presented with unlimited lessons, teachers and healings.
Choose and affirmation for yourself that rings true, or use the one I’ve presented. Either way, take comfort in the knowledge that the lessons don’t have to be learned through analysis, pain and punishment, but can be imbued and digested with ease and grace.

Festival Unificacion Maya - TIKAL - Winter Solstice

Sharing a life experience in holding my space

We’ve all been in situations where we find ourselves behaving in ways we know is either contrary to the good of the moment, or not in line with what would be most healing. In these moments our egos are in the driver’s seat. We are driven by our ego’s need for validation and instant gratification. To act outside of our egos is one way in which we can hold our own space. This is often an unfamiliar and difficult task. I have been blessed to have had a recent intense lesson in holding my space.

I’ve had quite an amazing connection with a beautiful and magical man for many years, albeit sporadic. I haven’t seen him in years and he was coming through town with his partner. My task was to be sensitive to his relationship, and not call upon any of our past connection. I knew I’d see this man, but was not sure what form it would take. I was in fear most of the month, preparing for the encounter, or non-encounter that would ensue.

The weekend came. I and some friends attended two concerts this man and his partner put on. There was no drama, and for most of the two nights I was simply happy to be listening to his beautiful music.
There was also a very contrived and rigid lack of recognition. He would not look at me, nor talk to me. This is as I expected.

It wasn’t until the last moment of the final concert night that I got my biggest test. I had held my space well up until that point, not allowing my ego to search for and validate our past connection. The last song brought in some of his amazing magic, and my heart opened in such a beautiful and painful way. Here was magic, magic I had been the recipient of at one point – a magic I was no longer able to touch. I watched my ego go through a small death as I realized this once amazing connection was not for me, not for now. I so desperately wanted simply some eye contact to validate my ego’s belief that I had been special. But there was none of that.

So I watched as this sadness engulfed me, then moved out. Holding my space in that moment, not allowing my ego to receive its validation, offered me a release. In that release I gained more room for myself, and my open heart began to fill with compassion instead of sadness.
I was able to hold some non-judgmental room for the process this man needed to go through for the sake of his current relationship.

My friends were some of my greatest teachers that weekend; grounding me when necessary, role-modeling loving compassion, and offering me unconditional support. I’m grateful to them, and thankful for my lessons.

I used my energetic tools constantly during that experience to help the fear remain fluid and not stick. My tools enabled me to watch and experience my little ego death. And it’s quite ironic that with each of those moments comes more of our own divinity.

I'm an INT/FJ, 4w5. My introverted (I) nature fits well with my career in editing. I like spending time alone contemplating ideas (5) and then writing about them--reflecting (I) on the big picture (N) to gain an understanding of how people "work" (T/F) and constructing (J) my own (4) theories and models.

In relationships, my IT nature as a female is very opposite energy from the norm and provides for some interesting challenges (being less emotionally demonstrative/open to discussing feelings than perhaps the "typical" female).

Mastering being human!

Integral spirituality is a spirituality that puts it all together, isn't it? It is a spirituality that embraces the esentials or those things necessary for completeness and wholeness in spirit, is it not? So, perhaps I am missing something, because the teachers that everyone thinks are so fabulously enlightened embrace one approach and teach in accordance to that one philosophy, for the most part. Would it not be more "integral" to find someone who embraces all of the philosophies and spiritual practices, or none of them, to be the Spiritual Teacher of Integral Spirituality? The Master of Spirituality? One who does not subscribe to any one but embraces the whole, utilizing those teachings that best serve at any moment for the highest good of all?

Astrological Update for end May, June 2006
Soli-Lunar Astrology for Gemini New Moon

In this column, we follow the transits of the planets beginning with the New Moon.
There are 13 or 14 New Moons in a year, not 12, so there will be the same number of these columns as we follow a soul based, feeling oriented, and more natural calendar regarding our earthly cycles (not oriented toward the archaic and awkward calendar that has confused things since the Romans imposed it on this world long ago).

Transits for 5/26-6/25

We begin with a New Moon in Gemini, which is the sign of communication, education, people, and ideas. It’s also a sign of contradiction, so we can expect contradictory behaviors, decisions, and communications in the coming month. Mercury will be in Gemini (but not conjunct Sun or Moon) and it will also square Uranus. This implies the potential for unpredictable scattering of energy that is akin to herding cats, and plans that are made during this time will be highly idealist and innovative, but fluffy in outcome and perhaps bearing little fruit. In my last column, I mentioned the powerful potential for profound change that would move thru during mid-May. So, if you didn’t initiate during that time, it may become harder to focus and carry thru at this time (especially if strong in Virgo or Pisces, i.e., Sun. Moon. Rising). If you were born under the Gemini influence (or other air signs) this flutter-by energy could seem like a breath of fresh summer air, full of ideas and potential, and some of us thrive on that! There is not much support for the earth signs here, at least until Venus enters Taurus on May 30th, then a greater commitment and beauty can ensue. In fact, as this lunation describes so much variety, a survey of all of our greatest hits and some of our fears will be passing in front of our eyes for us to let go of or address. But Venus in Taurus in combination with this "diffuse cornucopia" can give direction thru social life, pleasures, and beauty. Take advantage of this early and often.
As this month is such a mixed bag of aspects with little focus early on, the expression and energy will be different for each individual, and hard to describe in a comprehensive manner that will ring true for us all. There are a few coalescing aspects coming up in June that are decisive and describable. As Venus transits thru Taurus 5/30-6/24, it moves into alignment with Jupiter and Saturn (conjunct) Mars, forming a T square, which is usually stressful for most. Jupiter is retrograde in Scorpio having to do with an abundance of transformation, emotion, and strong life passages. This journey of Jupiter's is year long. Saturn in Leo has the potentially confusing contradiction of serious commitment and fun and sometimes can constrict the joy of this sign. Mars joins Saturn in Leo on 6/2, and these are in conjunction or similar position in the middle of the month. This can be excellent for providing motivation and drive toward pleasure, love, and identifying your own desires in order to take action.
While this can be a positive force toward accomplishment, Venus and Jupiter both pull on this, along with the Moon at various points, as well as Neptune later in July. Since Jupiter has to do with abundance and Venus with pleasure, beauty, finance, it is easy to go overboard, over-indulge, over spend, or scatter energy thru either determination or indulgence. For those who don’t desire drama in their personal lives, I advise a more conservative approach without fixed expectations. To the rest of us, the contradictions found in the fixed polarity of this time will certainly gives us a lot to be dramatic about. Certainly, do not try to stop the mountain from moving, the flood from occurring, or your lover from leaving thru sheer determination as this is where the conflict arises. For those of us who enjoy the Chinese paradigm of “may be good, May be bad” choices and results, we can have the times of our lives. Beyond this, the effects will be very individualized with lots of stories to unfold. May we live in interesting times!
The retrograde of Jupiter will slow to a stop July, so whatever is undone in June is redone and integrated in the hot summer sun.
The dust settles only after the Summer Solstice (Wed. 6/21 5:46 am pdt), which is also the last few days of the Moon cycle. This implies introversion and souls searching 6/21-5 even as the summer sun is stimulating in joyful communion- again in contrast. In fact, the solstice day is one in which the Moon aligns again into a T-square with Jupiter and Saturn. Many of the emotional aspects brought up by the cacophony of contradictory planetary voices will be resolved during the next lunation, so stay tuned.
Also of note is the retrograde of Uranus and Neptune. Retrogrades are the apparent backward motions of planets as seen from Earth. The outer planets do this for 5 months out of the year, and stationary or not moving for a few weeks on either side of that. The stationary times are more significant than the retrogrades are, as a laser beam is to light.
Neptune begins its yearly retrograde 5/23,implying more of what was stated at the beginning of this column regarding great ideas dissolving into committees, discussion groups, and frustrating action. Similarly, Uranus retrograde beginning 6/19 could dissolve and diffuse the group vision into many diverse and divergent pathways. For some, this can also provided serendipitous openings. These are not dire aspects, but they do have the potential for “following thru with the plan”, whatever it was.
Speaking of diffusion, there are endless aspects to describe for the coming month, but again each individual will experience them differently. Clear intention helps.

Astrological Update for May 2006
(Soli Lunar New Moon in Taurus beginning April 27th)

The dance of the planets continues! Even when we deny or ignore their influences, we find that our magnetism and watery bodies continue to draw influences from our immediate environment and the subtle influences of the cosmos beyond. The microcosm of our selves reflects the macrocosm.
As this eclipse month ends, a little known fault near Salem OR gives a shudder as if to say, ”Yes!” even Gaia, the world Spirit herself, is aware of the alignment of Sun and Moon.
The new moon defines the area of focus for the month, which then unfolds in potential for the first two weeks and then releases that potential (as defined by the full moon) over the following two weeks. All the while, the other 8 planets continue in their spiral dance to unfold our personal and planetary journey.
This new moon begins 4/27 at 12:44 pm PDT (West Coast US time) with Sun and Moon in Taurus. Taurus has to do with the Earth and Her resources, physical plane, body awareness, material goods, land, wealth, and all that is tangible and measurable, as well as the artistic and beautiful. It is no coincidence that the ancients observed the connection between this earth sign and the joy of the Earth’s creation through flowers and growth of all that is green.
Energy radiates from the middle of the fixed signs outward. That is, midseason is the embodiment of the season. Spring, is described best by Beltane (the good time) and the flowing propagation of the Earth, than the firey newness of Aries. Summer, is described best by the midseason fires of Leo and Lammas in August than by the watery homebody sign of Cancer. Fall is described best by the intense and watery mystery of Scorpio and Samhain than by the balance of airy Libra. Winter begins with Capricorn but the airy potential of Aquarius and Imbolc speaks of the return of light, social life, and the rekindling new ideas.
So, this Taurean mid-season time, is the time for planting and being with nature, and especially for being true to our natures! The more we embrace what is natural for our body and being during this time, the more we manifest what is natural and healthy for us. Be aware of the abundance concerning our physical bodies and the environment, acquisition of goods and structures, the planting and the cultivation of gardens, and the magickal connection with nature. Garden, build, go for walks, and spend as much time as possible at the ultimate website...TheNaturalWorld.net.
The full moon on 5/13 will bring forth a tidal wave of emotions and intense passions to a peak that is very powerful for moving energy; Jupiter and Uranus add to this. Ground yourself and ride the wave, trusting your emotions and knowing that your mission will have tangible results in May and beyond.
Beginning the evening of 5/20, the Sun will move into the airy sign Gemini, bringing intellect and fanciful wings for networking the new ideas that are born of the strong roots available now. The plant is only as strong as its’ roots, so focus before 5/20 on growing and nourishing whatever those roots are. Otherwise, those plants (that is, your ideas and strategy) may become top heavy from too much talk and not enough walk. Don't let your focus dissipate and dry out, water your emotions heavily in mid month.
Jupiter and Uranus are in the water signs of Scorpio and Pisces respectively, and are in trine, a favorable aspect, all month. This is excellent for new ideas and friendships, and creativity coming out of the blue with mostly positive and highly predictable results. We can expect old friends to arrive or contact us over the airwaves from far away places. As well, we can expect extended generosity to unexpectedly be returned. Karma is its’ own reward or dilemma, as we reap what we sow in a surprising manner.
Spontaneous travel is highly encouraged, as are serendipitous changes of plan. Endeavor to do, think or plan something that is original. It’s time, in the second half of month, to climb out of the box of self-limiting choices! The dreaminess of Neptune in Aquarius further encourages this, even as it slows down to begin its’ yearly retrograde (5/23). This implies "Get going!" on your new activities before 5/20, as the end of the month is best used for herding all of the cats that you’ve spontaneously decided to take on. The end of the month energy is very mental and diffused, but air signs love that playing field.
Mars in Cancer denotes aggressive nurturing of home and family situations, and feelings which suddenly come to the forefront, especially under that time of the “visible full moon” in mid month, which dissolves into more mental and social juggling around 5/20. A great shift occurs from 5/12-20. Be flexible and creative. Explore your feelings and the mind will follow.
Expect love and relations to be impulsive and immediate but not necessarily lasting. Galaxies make up universes. Universes make up Cosmic Spheres. Our cosmic sphere is the matter of which our sun is the center.

Before any education or understanding of astrology can take place one must first understand and agree on what the Zodiac is.

Speaking of the muggles (non-magical folk) we know they are called MUGGLES as Gramalkin went straight to the top to get this information - Harry Potter. "Misinformation Revealed"

Most of the misinformation about the following items is the result of Tropical Astrology being so completely out of time, out of correspondence and incomplete. Using the primary Tropical technique (the sub-law of substitution) they tried to assign delineation to all manor of irrelevant things in an attempt to explain the constant flow of events that occur in ones life for which the incomplete Tropical system has No corresponding symbology.

Authors Note: It was after Mazurek wrote the piece on the Lunar Mansions that he finally proved the Exhalation, Dignity and Fall are fallacies and have zero delineation value.

Celestial Latitude etc. Almost all data about planetary orbs; Geocentric & Heliocentric; Dealing with inner-personal relationships the inner-aspects between charts are more important than supposed harmonious and inharmonious signs and such; Other items will be added to this list as they come to mind.

"Notes"

What counts is the Intrinsic Value of the Planets and Angles, The Operating Law and the Sidereal Longitude (as a measuring Device). Read the “Book Information” page of www.gramalkin.com.

The technoids especially the ones that fail to grasp the big picture tend to try to drag all manor of mathematical what not into it. Essentially Azimuth, Altitude, Right Ascension, Declination, Equatorial, Apogee and Perigee, how close a planet is to earth, and so forth have nothing to do with astrological delineation. IT IS SIDEREAL ZODIACAL LONGITUDE THAT COUNTS.

Fixed Stars of the 1st and 2nd magnitude extra-Zodiacal of which that count are mostly in the northern latitudes, aspected to or conjunct (in Sidereal Zodiacal Longitude) any angle within a one degree orb equal a conjunction of the Intrinsic Value of the star and the angle. Stars aspecting a Natal or Secondary-Progressed planet, or an angular or angular house cyclic chart planet within a zero degree orb count via Intrinsic Value of star, planet and aspect.

When Stonewall Jackson’s Secondary Progressed Primary Descendant transited his natal Pluto he was shot dead by his own troops and it did not matter what the RA of the left handed Moon Node was or how close the planet was to earth.

Here is an exception case example. Saturn is earthquakes. So one day I asked Mazurek how to tell what latitude the earthquake would occur With Saturn on the Midheaven. He said in the supplement to the American Ephemeris and Nautical Almanac there is a formula that will give this answer. However as far as delineating a horoscope it is strictly Sidereal Zodiacal Longitude of the variable.

The constellations / signs are more like TV channels than a radio dial, its either one or the other. There is no such thing as being on the cusp.

Corporations - To clock a corporation use the natal for the name, date, time, place of original incorporation. Must run a complete file. See the book information page on www.gramalkin.com. The time of birth is the time of day when the state official actually stamps the corporation papers for the ORIGINAL incorporation. Last notice was in Delaware all corporations become legal at noon. One would think this would make it easy to clock all the corporations legalized each day on one chart. Obviously they will not all get the same results nor all be stamped at the same time. When athletic team incorporations change owners or coaches it shows up as current events on the corporations horoscopes file however the horoscope inner aspects effect current events and cycles also. It is an interesting case scenario. For example when Eddie D bought the San Francisco Forty Niners Football Team the team experienced a magical Camelot period. Camelot came and left with him, when he lost the team the team basically reverted back to its regular self. The horoscope for when one does ones first trade is just another current event chart.

No gamboling system will work when one is maleficially aspected. However a good system may help when one is beneficially aspected.

Due to the Superior and Inferior Angles positive / negative polarity there is always some negative quality to the opposition aspect as one side of the aspect is an inferior angle (e.g. ascendant / descendent). The Square Aspect for example however may be all on the superior angles and may be good or bad via the intrinsic values involved in the aspect. Even so a Jupiter Venus opposition transiting ones natal Midheaven / Nadir would have mostly benefic results. A Grand Trine between Mars / Saturn / Neptune would have mostly malefic results. Again this is all explained in the Book Information page on www.gramalkin.com.

The effect of a retrograde is determined by the intrinsic values involved. Jupiter retrograding back and forth across ones ascendant is very good. Saturn retrograding back and forth across ones ascendant is very bad.

Horoscopes should be done Sidereal Zodiac, Geographic, Campanus House Cusps, Octoscope (Natal & Cyclic), for the place of birth.

There is such a thing as Local Natal Angles. The four main angles of the natal horoscope cast for any location aspected to ones natal planets and the incorporation natal of the town will show how that location will effect ones life condition. The local natal angles do not effect one while traveling. One must be someplace long enough to "set up a force field" say twenty-one days or so before local natal angles work. Transits do not effect local natal angles.

The Octoscope Watches are what have the delineation rather than the twelve-house system. On natal and cyclic charts aspects are by sign and house and houses show high, medium and low energy levels - foreground, middle ground and background. The Octotopus is when one does not bother to compute the “Watch Cusps” and just uses the four main and four midpoint angles with the “East Point” angle of course. The elements Fire, Earth Air Water, do not run in order around the zodiac. Example: Aquarius and Pisces are both watery. Libra the artist and lover an air sign intellectual?

The Ingress Charts are a valid modus operandi. Most especially the Capricorn Solar Ingress which is the most important ingress horoscope. Capricorn is the Lead Duck of our cosmic sphere. Our cosmic sphere spirals toward zero degrees of Capricorn. This is also where the bump or wobble is that creates the precession of the equinox.

The Cap Solar horoscope for the return of the transiting sun to zero degrees of Capricorn done for example the longitude and latitude of Washington, DC. USA delineates conditions for the United States of America for the coming year.

The Lunar Ingress horoscope for the return of the transiting moon to zero degrees of any constellation done for example the longitude and latitude of Paris, France delineates lunar return conditions for that location in the coming 28 days or lunar cycle. If one were in Paris the inner-aspects between the Paris Lunar Ingress and your personal astrological file would show how these events would effect you personally and so on.

To be an efficient Tarot Card Reader one MUST have sight recognition at least of the astrological cross-reference to the cards and have a Second Nature Realization of the Intrinsic Values of the Planets. This technique lets one get beyond "Psychic Guessing" or depending on how one feels at the moment etc. Properly done this is actually quite easy as there are only ten planets and seventy-eight cards.

When they can not tell true from false they claim opinion. Truth is neither a matter of opinion, faith, awareness or agreement. Truth is that which changes not, that which remains the same for all, in every case, on all levels of being this side of vibration.

Astrology, Tarot, any of these techniques one is dealing with a set of SYMBOLOGY for the PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS one is dealing with. These conditions show how we relate to things and therefore how things happen to or for us, Mystic Laws of Cause and Effect, et cetera. Tarot Cards (all cast lots) show the future for the way things stand now unless something is done to effectively change the case at hand, which is what we are about.

"The Intrinsic Value of the Planets"

For practical purposes the intrinsic values of the planets equals the intrinsic value of their corresponding constellation. Mars = Aries or read Aries as Mars et cetera. Yes there are the Solar Crosses - Cardinal, Fixed, Mutable the Fire, Earth, Air, Water elements and such however Venus is Venus and Jupiter is Jupiter every time.

The way to do the planets is to learn one planet a week or one planet a day if you are a quick study. The idea is to take them one at a time until each planetary intrinsic value is second nature to you without having to think about it rather than trying to learn them all at once.

"The Tarot Cards"

The easy way to learn the delineation of the Tarot Cards is to first learn the astrological cross reference to the Major Arcana cards then the Court Cards and finally each individual suit of the Minor Arcana cards. Waite Rider Mini and Albino and Agmuller Crowley Mini Tarot Card Decks are recommended. The words on the Crowley cards are mostly wrong. It’s intrinsic values that count.

"The Major Arcana"

The Major Arcana of the Tarot is simply symbology for the planets and zodiacal constellations. Card numbers 0-21. Begin by arranging the Major Arcana cards in common order. Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces.

With the Major Arcana arranged by planet and sign order it is much easier to get into the flow than when arrangement is scrambled via card number. “Gramalkin®™©1970"

The way to learn the card cross-reference of the cards to the planets is to use the flash card technique they use to teach children the alphabet. It is ever so easier to do readings when the cross-reference is second nature, unnecessary to check the cross-reference for every card in a multiple deck reading. One may just draw the cross-references in the border of the cards however by far the preferred technique is sight recognition. Just keep the list in front of one and go through the stacks of cards in order until by rote one instantly recognizes at least the planetary symbology for each card. E.g. The Sun Card = The Sun.

In fact one may do a pretty decent reading using just the Major Arcana cards as long as the layout is kept small, e.g. the Octoscope Layout which is nine cards yet pretty much covers it is pushing the limit. The minimum layout is five cards.

"The Court Cards"

The Court Cards are easily remembered by their Solar Crosses. The Kings are the Cardinal Cross. The Queens the Fixed Cross and the Pages the Mutable Cross. The Aces and Knights the element in pure form, Fire, Earth, Air, Water. The Aces are often the element Not in Motion. The Knights the Element in Motion also indicative of other people acting out ones problems via element, station, situation.

"The Minor Arcana"

Stack them up in order in four piles with the Court Cards by suit - fire, earth, air, and water. A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Page, Knight, Queen, King. Take each suit one at a time and just flash card through them. The pattern of the Minor Arcana will soon appear.

"The Ritual"

In dealing with the actual mechanics of manipulating the cards first start with Grace from the Master and Angels. The most important part of the ritual. However, due to free will Angels generally refrain from forcing their help on one. One must ask for help to get it. The “Angels of the Light” are the ones in charge of getting the cards (the Cast Lot) in the correct Station (the Reader must delineate). For example: Master may I / we please ask you for your grace thank you. Please send Angels to watch over, guide, comfort, guard, protect, help us realize the truth, stay with us until it is taken care of, thank you amen Om.

Without this step one is just wasting ones time, as there is no way to know (even given proper mechanics) the cards are in the correct Station. This Grace process also clears any residual Astral Garbage or leftovers from previous readings hanging about.

To begin the reading first realize exactly what is the query and time period. Decide which layout or layouts are best suited to solving the type of problem, situation, query, or will provide the information one needs. Shuffle seven times. Always cut cards left-handed. Cut into three piles; restack to one pile, as you will then deal. When using the Reversed Card Technique (reversed cards equal lower self or negative manifestation) shuffle seven times, cut into three even piles, reverse the center pile, restack into one pile and shuffle seven more times, cut into three stacks, restack into one pile then deal. One may rub the palms of the hands together a bit then pass the palm of the left hand over the three stacks, feel the high, medium and low energy pile and restack to one pile high to low then deal.

On my desk one will generally find a hand full of “Rider\Waite” Mini and Albino Tarot Card Decks and a couple decks of Agmuller “Crowley” Minis. In my pocket a “Rider\Waite Mini”. The “Minis” are used because of convenience. The cards are small so a large “Layout” and or several “Layouts” may be done on a small table, and both the Crowley and Waite decks have beautiful pictures throughout. The Waite Mini Deck is proportioned like Tarot Cards, The Waite Albino Deck like Playing Cards.

One would say; first toss an “Octoscope General Reading Layout” with a Crowley. Then do a “Past\Present\Future\ Layout” to the left with a Waite Mini. Add a “Yes\No Layout” to the right with a Waite Mini and to the right of that another “Yes\No Layout” with a Waite Albino deck. This results in four Layouts on the table with each layout in a different deck of cards than the ones next to it so the decks do not accidentally get mixed together.

Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly.

The Astrology most often associated Western Civilization is WRONG and MISLEADING.

The fundamental problem stems from Classical Greek and Moorish Astrologers who translated the Zodiac they inherited from the ancient Egyptians and Babylonians incorrectly. Nothing has been right since.

However, in 1949 the modern day father of astrology the great Astrologer and Astronomer Cyril Fagan of Dublin, Ireland, (1896-1970) discovered the mistake. Modern SIDEREAL ASTROLOGY was born.

Galaxies make up universes. Universes make up Cosmic Spheres. Our cosmic sphere is the matter of which our sun is the center.

Before any education or understanding of astrology can take place one must first understand and agree on what the Zodiac is.

The Zodiac or Ecliptic is the physical PATH or ORBIT of all the planets around the Sun in our cosmic sphere.

The Zodiac is in fact Fixed rather than moving. For all practical purposes the Zodiac or Ecliptic, the physical path, is NOT Moving. The seasons and seasonal rotation effect only earth, the Zodiac effects the entire Cosmic Sphere.

The stars and space are sitting there and the Planets are orbiting through the stars and space around the Sun, SIDEREAL ASTROLOGY. Sidereal means measured by a star, physical reality.

Rather than being a philosophical matter of opinion this is plain old-fashioned Physical Astronomical Reality.

Now we can get it right. To get correct astrological information one must use the astronomical astrological zodiac rediscovered by Cyril Fagan. Using the fixed star Fiducial Point Spicka as 29 degrees of Virgo 6 minutes Astrology is once again back in alignment with the physical reality of Astronomy.

Using this technique the symbology again fits the delineation. The predictions are now correct. The timing of events is accurate, SIDEREAL ASTROLOGY. Gramalkin®™©1970 V4-5.6

Regardless of how one attempts to rationalize any misconception of this matter the Sun will still Rise in the East in the morning because the Earth is Rotating on its axis and Revolving about the Sun in its Fixed Sidereal Zodiacal Ecliptical Orbit.

The majority of the Predictive Technique is symbolized on the cyclic charts, including the solar and lunar returns. The return of the transiting (or current) sun and moon, to the same Zodiacal longitude they occupied at the time of ones birth, snaps a picture of the coming yearly and monthly cycle.

Utilizing the (fixed) SIDEREAL ZODIAC, the cyclic charts show the ebb and flow of daily life with amazing accuracy, clarity and consistency. Life Purpose and Personality Type

What do you think of as your life purpose, and how has your personality type contributed to that?

I see myself as a bridge connecting mainstream thought and behavior with "the other"--the spiritual, the alternative, the unusual/out-of-the-ordinary. I'm an INT/FJ, 4w5. I've spent most of my life internally learning about myself and the universe. Finding and understanding my place. Seeking knowledge and the big picture pattern. Astrologically, I balance my mainstream Taurean side I show to others in public (midheaven) with my deep, metaphyscial (Neptune in Scorpio) side I use as my foundation of what gives me grounding (nadir). It's always a balance--the mainstream/tangible/earthly/physical with the intuitive/metaphysical/spiritual/abstract, and finding a way to best express that balance (Leo Ascendant).

The Merits of Personality Tests vs. Personal Reflection--Enneagram

I recently took a new personality assessment called Print through a coaching friend. When I received the results, I was a bit surprised. This assessment is very similar to the Enneagram--you receive a major and minor number (your motivator), which are the same descriptions as the Enneagram types. After over 10 years of using the Enneagram, I'm quite certain my type is a 4w5 (I thought I was a 5w4 for a couple years because I have such a strong 5 wing). However, with Print, I tested as a Major: 5, Minor: 9. 9?? Where did that come from? What happened to my 4? Could the assessment know something I don't?

After my two debriefs, I started to see where the 9 was coming in. With Print, you don't know the strength of each number (was 9 maybe just a point of two higher than 4?). So that got me curious. Am I 9ish? I took a couple online tests here (a link from a previous tribe post in another tribe): http://www.eclecticenergies.com/enneagram/ In one, I tested as a 5w4, and in the other, a 9! Hmm...I've never felt any affinity with type 9. It isn't even connected through integration lines. And, motivations are thought to remain constant throughout life.

So, what happened? Although I know myself extremely well, did I overlook my type? I don't think so. Yet, 9 is popping up everywhere nowadays. I want my 4 back--I gotta be special : )

My Dear Friends,

Many of you are feeling the unrest that is present in the world today. Those positive and negative vibrations are really on the move! Those who are sensitive will often try to interpret what they are feeling through their own "grid" of perception. They will resonate with what is going on globally, and interpret it as though it is being sourced in them. This is called "grounding the energies to yourself." Very good! Very good!

Have you ever been awakened abruptly, in the middle of a powerfully vivid dream? Someone speaks to you, bumps you, or an alarm goes off in the house, causing you to awaken? In the moment before you open your eyes, you are caught between two realities--immersed in the dream, but also receiving stimulus from the waking world as well. In that brief moment, have you ever merged the two? Have you suddenly noticed your child, right in the middle of your unfolding dream, asking for a drink of water? If so, you will understand what is happening to your 3D world right now.

Humanity is now being awakened from the Dream of the Ages. Your physical world is becoming a Metaphysical Portal. New energies are flooding in--like sperm, during the act of love-- racing to fertilize the first available egg! And Friends! In your individual universes........that "egg" is YOU!

Possible/probable realities are now gathering around you in droves. You brush them away from your face, just to be able to see the path in front of you. When a potentiated energy particle (PEP) enters into you, you immediately find a way to harmonize that presence with the rest of what is going on. If you cannot do this, you will have a feeling of being "visited," causing unusual sensations to move through your body. This is what produces those surges that occasionally move through you during these highly transformative times. TIME FOR A MAKEOVER!

Many of you are distressed by what we have described above. Many more are delighted by it. How one responds to "visitations" from the Other Side is largely determined by how safe they were to express their spiritual perceptions when they were young children. If your parents encouraged your spiritual journey back then, you'll probably have less fear now, as you expand your horizons. If they denied or inhibited your sharing back then, you may have a bit of a struggle with new input in your Now Moment.

It's time for a makeover. The perceptions that are coming into your spirit body long to be embodied and expressed, in some way, in your physical world. We have found that the easiest, and most basic way to do this is called "An Infinity Makeover." It is a technique for rearranging your residence or business to match the ever-changing flow of your Inner Self.

Many people panic when they are presented with the prospect of a makeover. They dread the idea of cleaning out closets, so they allow many mementos of past life experiences to pile up to high around them. In this way, they block themselves from seeing clearly and appreciating what is happening NOW! Does this describe you? Is your physical body surging and purging and rocking and rolling with the incoming tide? Here is something that may help you. You can do with it what you will.

Imagine a figure "8" lying on it's side. It is the infinity symbol, is it not? Weave that symbol into your heart.

Picture the "left" side of the symbol as a circle of perception that explores your physical home or business--a focused GAZE through your living space--searching for "deadbeat" articles that are simply taking up space, collecting dust, and have no feeling left in them. Don't try to handle all of them, in the beginning, simply look for one. Take the article from its position in your home and make a choice about where it will go. Will you: (a) pack it away in a storage facility (save it).......will you (b) resurrect it, by giving it to someone whose life it can bless, OR.... will you (c) bury it, by throwing it in a dumpster, so Master Carion and his Associates can decompose it, and remake it into something new?

After you have made your decision, and let go of the "dead weight" that had accumulated in your living space, move to the "right side" of the infinity symbol. This would symbolize a circle of discovery that takes you away from your home or business, exploring your changing world as Christopher Columbus explored his. Do you REALLY imagine that you have seen and embraced everything in your own town or neighborhood?

There is a whole world out there! And it is transforming, even as YOU are transforming. Look for something new........something vital, something wonderful to fill that empty space. It could be a book, a feather, or a piece of art that excites you and thrills your heart. It doesn't have to be expensive. It only needs to be expansive, do you see? Acquire it, and take it back to bless your home or business. If you cannot immediately find something, return to your home with a fresh perspective and a host of vibrant energies to harmonize or rearrange things so that occasional emptiness seems like a balanced and happy thing.

Have you ever tasted the grandeur of divine emptiness? It is a doorway into All That Is! Many of you are secretly frightened at the idea of expansion and infinite possibility. You create a small circle of friends or a tightly defined "work track" of movement, and you fill up your space with clutter (memories of past lives that are not connected to NOW)---and your meander around in that labyrinth, so you don't have to interact with the idea of OPENNESS or POTENTIALITY. This is not true of all of you, but it is true of some, yes? Now could be a time to change that, if you feel ready.

The "Infinity Makeover" is a two-way process. You make a circuit of WHAT WAS and then you circle yourself around into WHAT COULD BE. The fluidity of the figure "8" provides an image of two circles that are constantly giving to and receiving from one another. This is how your life can be, if you will allow it. If you cannot afford what you want, take a picture of it, and put that picture into the space where you would put it, if you had it. Or........write down what you want, and place a small metal pyramid over that piece of paper, so you can draw that energy unto yourself.

The image of Infinity is not meant to be flat or confined--nor does it exist in just two dimensions. In the Multiversal sense, it is meant to be a kind of stairway that takes you through many levels of reality, if you desire it. This is why the Reconnection experience is often referred to as "The Spiral Journey."

Go ahead. Have a makeover! It's fun. It's simple. And your physical world will begin to smile. Your home and surroundings will begin to reflect the energy upgrade as well! The air around you will begin moving, as excitement and possibility gradually fills the air! The process doesn't have to absorb a LOT of time. But you will have to devote a BIT of time to it. Once you taste the difference, you will constantly be wanting to dance through the spiral. And, as you do, something wonderful will happen. Those "surges" and "purges" of energy that you feel in your body will diminish. Instead of fretting over them, you will find yourself RIDING THEM, through joyful, conscious action. You will be integrating the Unseen into the World of the Seen.

As the earth and the human species moves rapidly towards ascension, there are subtle, yet profound changes occurring in the human body. Never has there been an energy crossroads like this one. These changes began with the completion of the magnetic grid around the planet in May of this year, and have caused many of us to experience both physical and emotional hypersensitivity. These changes are intended to increase our ability to hold higher frequencies of energy and to process information more rapidly. With the full activation of all twelve strands of our DNA, the human body is moving from a carbon-based structure to a crystalline structure.

For the past six to twelve months many of you may have been experiencing mild to severe body pain. This may have included headaches, dizzy spells, depression, sinus congestion, muscle and joint pain, disrupted sleeping patterns, odd eating patterns, nausea, digestive disturbances, and weight gain or weight loss. These symptoms have been the result of the activation of our DNA and the transition the body is making to a crystalline structure. Some of us have chosen to work closely with the physical sensations and may experience more intense pain for a longer period of time in order to understand the process.

As the frequency of light that we carry increases, health will be maintained by intention and attitude. The glands of the endocrine system will become more prominent in sustaining health than the organs we currently rely on.

The endocrine system is comprised of the pituitary, pineal, parathyroid, thyroid, thymus, adrenals, pancreas, and ovaries/testes. The endocrine system will become the primary circuitry for the new energy entering the body, and the pineal gland may play the most important role. The pineal gland represents communication with the ascension layer of our DNA.

Current science accepts the presence of two-strand DNA, or the double helix. In reality, our DNA consists of twelve strands, each strand containing two attributes. The first strand represents our physical body, the second strand our emotions and the third strand is the ascension layer and acts as a catalyst for strand one and two. The pineal gland acts as a communicator with the third strand of our DNA (ascension layer), which modifies the biological layer and emotional layer. The enlargement of our pineal gland is at least partially responsible for the frequent headaches some of us are experiencing. Using conscious intent to make space in your brain for the new energy will significantly decrease the pain you are experiencing.

What is thought of as “alternative” healing will become more effective and will eventually replace medical procedures. Homeopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, energy work, and other modalities will become some of the most effective ways to maintain health. Other treatments that may be helpful are amino acids, minerals, vitamins and essential oils. Ask, and your body will tell you what will be helpful for you.

The new crystalline energy will gradually make some significant changes. It will replace fuel energy, resulting in decreased hunger and interest in food. The pancreas will enlarge slightly as the liver decreases in size. The spleen will become more vital to health as the kidneys are no longer needed to filter toxins. The thyroid will enlarge slightly as it becomes the transformer that will down step the new energy into units useable by the crystalline structures. The adrenal glands will also play a part in transforming third dimensional energy into fifth. The heart will enlarge and become even more important by functioning as an interdimensional portal. The lungs will become less important as we rely less on air, and more on light, as our source of energy. The stomach and colon will begin to shrink as light energy replaces food as fuel. Joints have been lengthened to allow more space in the body. The cellular structure of bone and bone marrow has been altered to facilitate lighter, more flexible bone. These changes will facilitate the ability to manifest a different physical form, allowing us to teleport and bilocate our physical bodies.

For those of us that have been experiencing physical discomfort, conscious intent and communication with the body will alleviate most of the discomfort. Although you may feel low in energy for short periods of time, the new crystalline structures transmit energy faster than the old carbon based structures and you should see a significant increase in your energy. Again, the key is clarifying intent and honoring the experience of the moment.

Your may find that your attention span and short-term memory seem to shrink to nothing. This is caused by the higher frequencies of energy that you are holding and your increased ability to live in the “now” moment. Although this may initially be disconcerting, as you get used to it, you will find that it greatly enhances your ability to consciously create the reality that you desire.

In the midst of the intense changes we are experiencing, it is important to realize that in the process of ascension, there is no “normal”. The only accurate roadmap we have is our internal truth and the amount of joy we are experiencing. As we accept the responsibility for creating what is in our lives and resist the tendency to judge what we see as good/bad, right/wrong, we open the door to creating a life of beauty, purpose and joy.

In the words of Kryon, “Celebrate your life no matter what. Talk to you cells every day; tell them out loud what your plans are for your health and aging process. Never utter any words about yourself unless you want the army of cells called “your body” to act on them. If you say in frustration, “This always happens to me!” then a trillion or so cells will get the message. Listen to Spirit. God actually knows what you’re going through and what you need. Visualize taking the hand of your higher self and not letting go throughout the day.”
