Participants will be broken up into beginner intermediate, and advanced groups, so that everyone experiences an enjoyable workout!

> Here are the classes we currently offer:

> Bodyrock Bootcamp on the River - If your interested in stepping your workout up a notch we offer:

> Daily workouts 5 days a week 49.99/month or $15 dollar drop in (if you would like to drop-in please schedule beforehand 215-240-ROC1). Morning workouts held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6am. Evening workouts held on Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm. Location is directly below the Walnut Street bridge on the 2400 block of walnut street(100ft from Sweat). Training will be held along the river on the running path. Dress for the weather(thin layers that can easily be removed and wrapped around your waist), pack light (if you bring it expect to carry it the whole workout!), and always bring a bottled water.

> Classes start this Thursday(s) 7:00pm @ Bodyrock Personal Training Gym(3858 Lancaster Ave., University City) $10 drop-in for members/$12 drop-in for non members Discount packages available.
