I'm new to hooping and would love to buy a hoop so that I can practice at home, at the gym, in the park and whenever/wherever I'm feeling it! Does anyone have an old beginner hoop they'd be interested in selling, or do any of you happen to know a store in Philly that sells the homemade kind? Or any hoop crafters in Philly I can contact? Thanks!
