What is the difference between "3:30 and Eager" and "Eager and 3:30"?

Sun, August 20, 2006 - 11:51 AMmy understanding of it is that the first street is the one the camp is on. The next is the nearest crossroad. So, for example, the ePlaya Bar Camp is listed as Anxious and 3:00. We are on Anxious at about 2:45 acccording to our placer. You'll notice that very few camps are listed on the radial streets with, the 2, 3, 4:30, 7:30, 9 and 10 o clock radials being tha major exceptions.
