Hi Everyone,

I have a wonderful home for rent. It is located in Fishtown at Eyre St (east side) and Girard Ave. My tenants bought a home so it will be available Oct. 31st.

The home is remodeled - 2 bedroom/2bath with back yard grill and all.
I would love to extend this to the community and see if a communal style home can be created. The home will accommodate up to four folks comfortably or it is great for a couple - you will have a ton of space to spread out. I would like long term but am open to a shorter term if it makes sense for me.
