I taught a P.S. wordshop at LIB in Santa Barbara and these are the pieces that came out of it... enjoy...

My third eye standing on the axis of knowing wisdom
and being wisdom

Focused with set intention
burns brightly, my heart ablaze with tribal,
ritualistic, human healing

Yeah!

No, maybe

Connected to rainbows

I am seeing through the branches
Past the trees that shade my past
To the fruits that tickle my children's childrens
tongues.

Lend your life and love to this gift

Give up - give it up - GAIN IT ALL.

Wind Mind
Powers the whole solar system

Arms Spread
Love goes on forever
Outsretched like a mother of All
Her arms dissolve into the feel of your own breath
Energy everywhere
People harness it like sheep aware of predators

In the blue vastness
Pan is watching

The soul of curiousness
Is poised to pounce on you
With 10,000 ringing bells of laughter
True joy
Reawakening
Enough love for 1,000 years

Rainbows clashing into realms of knowing
Give the heart joy its growing
Surprise the spectators with gardens of intergalactic
fruit trees
Yummy sweetness
That goodness that nature so lovingly brings
In order to entice your hunger
To dig towards their seed
Protect
Nurture
But ultimately, harvest.

We give our sweat
To the shapes music forms

Forming symphonies of beauty
That explode in impermanent flavor

Colors of joy and life
Floating in mid-air

Infectious and necessary to the survival of smiles

Thump thump- beat beat
The sound of music while I move my feet

Releasing the LIFE
Of the heart

Truth is subjective sure
But subjected
Subjected to scientists scrutinous gaze

What?

Is there anything you don’t like about subjectivity?
Encouraging free expression to reign free
Freeing reign to express encouragement

Arms open
Whales coming up for air
Breathe the air of forgiveness and acceptance
For our time
And rhyme
Drop your burden on a dime
Get your dance on and shine

What is?
Our eyes, our touch, the magnetic force growing
between us
Energy is telekinetic

Is what is what
No is- only I am

We is, we was, and we ever shall be

Connected to Rainbows

And infinity

Beyond the closeness of information
Pixels drift apart and re-organize
Their drafts of paradise

I am ready for infinity

A flood of water reverberating with love
Wearing down stones of fear
Water falls and rises to its level

Arms Spread
To nurture Life
And open the heart of humanity

A present
A hologram of endless surprises

We are presents in the present

Children of a smile

Inspire and Inspire…

The sun gives road
Shining through me
And winding along past me
I am an unfurling hand

Things would make sense if they were clear

Clarity is key to life
But clouds are necessary

Only to see that the sky alone
Is All One

We exchange star dust

And live in bliss

As dots they appear lucid to the eye
The next time and the next time
Obscured they appear
Calling attention to themselves by what you cannot see
Like the dark silent scene in a slasher film
Darkness falls across the land
But I stay in the light

Darkness and light make nothing
Balance
Equality

I confront the fuzzy haze of dawn
Family and friend celebrating Life

Wandering through this maze
This board game I love
Each character- artist that comes my way

Sweat drips from my elbows and I breathe deeply
From the depths of my being

To create the future is to know the future
To know the future is to not be present

Connect to rainbows
In the blue skies

We are there

Taste the raw brilliant clarity

It caresses you like a mothers womb

For your skinless times
Just remember

Just.
Revert
Who is the expert?

The intuition is the expert
Each moment arises
The potential to consciously experience
Human “beings”

Taste it.

We make a jigsaw puzzle spaceship
Puzzle pieces- wave shift
Frequency combobulator
Tailored daze rift
Blast off to the cosmos
Through minds expanding
Heart-art- and bodies dancing
Intergalactivated paint brush
Tickling the canvas of pondering

Constructed and interweaved visions flow through and take seed
As I step out of the way for spirit to flow through
You bleed into me- sweetly
Like chocolate mango swirl collage poetry

Waves Carress a Rhythm of refinement
Polishing new awareness
Bringing seeds of change
Like drift wood, sea glass, and love
Treasures gathered by our bed side
Guiding dreams
Of endless possibilities…

And my spirit is able to flow through
These timeless passages
Epic beyond….reckoning
The sky’s pools deep end is beckoning…
Epic beyond-
I call out… echo’s dance there way back
And make the source of their bouncing abstractly

Laughter, joy is the place of origin
That I always return to

My nest is the cozy center of the cosmic joke

The epic beyond…
Minds moat
Be a boat and float
Into the deep end
And it is epic
Yet no longer beyond.

Endless Possibilities, ever changing and growing
Star seeds sprouting, wonder knowing
The disco ball in the center
Multi-faceted musically glowing
As the jungle bass moves my body
Movements flow with sound vibrations flowing
The melody pools up
And I wade through thoughts blowing…
Glass castles of melted sand
Spirals worlds together
Swirling harmonies through the lands

Succulent is the Way
Our Dreams flow through Time

The worlds birthed from what I say
Riddles, laugh and ryhm
And sometimes don’t
But poetry won’t judge the fudges chunkyness
Or the monkey’s monkiness
As long as there is still some get down funkyness

So drunk on Love
I swing and swang and saunter my saucy thang
And wade in pools of wine
And wonder what your breath feels like on my skin
Hot- cold- something in between
Energy rising, heart quickening
As I find you
Dressed in sexy quivery skin and ways
Melting frozen memories
Waking the hybernation of my openness to love
The the “one”
To myself
To it All

Tumbling the stones we gather in dreams…
The knowledge they hold
The dreams they share
Seeds are so clever
They package themselves in tasty fruits
Whose sugars tickle tongues
And bring smiles to lips- refreshed
And to tummy’s that say tummy and feel blessed
Ultimate gratitude to nature’s perfection
Perfected in endless forms
And their intersection
With the formless

Ancient trees speaking times secrets
Sparkling crevice caves
Of oak tree wizard wisdom
The ancient sage passes by
With knowledge as timeless as the universe
Whose magic eyes that only a child could weild
Innocence is Shield
Integrity is Staff
The Art of Love is the method
Though varied is the Path

Heat Stroke Love
Insides Tumbling out my pores
come to leak, speak to tears
to fears leak tears
for sound see:rs
Visionaries... Dreamonaries...
Dreaming... demons and faeries make a truce
and throw a big party

Fostering the flow of connections hearty
smooth like ice cream
melting down my chin for you to lick
come clean...
smitten cream

Webbed Potion Moment
Standing together on brisk edges

Pharmacopoetic thresholds
of deep time's exterior
These are folds in a continuum of love
the edges cave into one another
like a dance
Eating consciousness through the folds of chance

Simple complexity
Complex simplicity
tit for tat
whatcha think bout that?
Show'd you mine
Show me yours
Blow open wide the doors
Span the paradox
and ride the horse-y fox

Elevation Sea Level
deep portals in the kelp
Oceanic caves of Mama

Elevation life-horizon
surface gyphics in the tree
garden groves of the lion
his mane is greater than my arms outstretched
his rage is the rage of a thousand lions
Roaring through my dreams
They're crying
Echoes of entities from afar
seeping a long buried truth song
steady silk worm
woven in timelessness
and in the tides of this
be lifted... in the surge of Bliss

Beach Reach Scintillating
meets beats twitterpating
pinwheel rotate spewing wisdom
a mineral rich wheel
crystal spun
like the song begun of Jade vibration
giving no indication of where began creation
misty nation

Coming of Age
Sucks
I knew this when they first told me about genital mutilation
Lost in a world of fantastic masturbation
sex for one
all is done
one in the nose and one in the bun
and next to come
the spewing forth of love
and the whole crowd erupts in giggles...

Sun Scorch Theomorph
flame emergence transport
to lil yellow frogs wart
and hop and muster in sport
inventing new games with every flick and fork
on the bending trail

of nights great heart
giving coolness
of fountanous word

this pleasure is sublime
this love is holy
this taste... delicious

I lick toadstools
and trickle my visions through time
for time is no matter

I pickle my memories with wine
