wantin’ to jam
jam about whatever
life in general
feelings and felts
get all emotional
and there’s social issues
lots of food for thinkin’
opinions a plenty
jammed out in words
what about Nature
the weather
a jam about trees
dogs or cats
bats at sunset
waiting to be jammed
jam what you want
anything for the jammin’
jam away

Re: wantin’ to jam
Sun, April 26, 2009 - 11:25 AMmine eyes have seen the glory
the gory
the inept
the hopeful
the saddened
the troubled
the frazzled
the joyous
the romantic
the cynical
seen all kinds of heat and cold
watched fallen roofs
and cloven hooves
and vegetarians march to the tune of celtic flutes
and heard the sights of unspoken dreams
dripping with remorse
mine eyes
have seen your eyes
a scene of unprocessed gasps -

Re: wantin’ to jam
Mon, April 27, 2009 - 12:25 PMspeaking about a drumlin
oval hill made by glacial drift
bordering a cape cod home
mostly covered by woodland
once was a cleared farmland
fenced off by some rock walls
stones hauled by ox and cart
now overshadowed by trees
and surrounded by foliage
wasn’t good for planting
soil not quite deep enough
great though for wildlife
trying to live with humans
with lots of houses around
all facing together change -
