does anyone have any tips on how to do the duck walk or make it alot easier to do......been having trouble since i use to bellydance

Sun, September 6, 2009 - 11:37 PMYou need reeeaaally strong quads, and good knees. I think deep (to the floor) squats will help strengthen your legs, but I also think the duck walk is one of those things you just have to keep doing to get good at it. In our halau, we drill by doing walking squats several times around the room (which means you squat down onto your haunches, and then walk around like that without standing up in between steps).
