As a haumana hula myself, I understand what it is to have stagefright before a ho'ike or other performance! (And even before class!) Now that I am a certified hypnotherapist, I offer hypnotherapy to calm anxiety and dissolve stagefright to anyone in the hula and Hawaiian culture community who needs it! I have a sliding scale and/or give a discount too, to hula sisters and brothers!
