              See, Big Silly, Loki knows......mole is for CHICKEN. Not beef, son! And especially not beef jerky. Leave the recipes to the experts. You want mole? I'll ask my mom for her recipe. It's at least a couple of generations old......pretty authentic, yo.

                it's not mole per say, but mole like. like a smooth spice, almost dirty like louisiana rice (pre katrina) and something sweet and creamy and delicious and mexican... other than myself of course.
