I totally agree with what you said about the displays being more beautiful than trippy. Although trippiness is an essencial part of a trance stage, I really loved the ovall sense of serenity last year. Especially with the arvell's fairy girls a the entrance, and some of the pieces along the path to the seed of life. It really did cut down on the dark, weirded out vibes this year, I think. I always found myself going back to the portal throughout the night to get into a more mellow, spiritual mood. It truly was a sacred space. A container and conductor of energy.

I thoroughly enjoyed the walkway to the seed of life, both in the day and at night, and i would love to see more little nooks and crannies along the way with some seating. It was such an ideal place to chill out and look at the amazing art that was displayed, both during the day, and at night. Maybe the flower bed could go in that area? A more intimate environment will for sure increase a bit of the connectivity imago is taking about. Thats something that can be improved upon in all of the stages the last couple years.

Im really excited to contribute to the portal this year! Its ideal honestly, Im so glad Im not doing art for the village, haha. So much of a creative, positive atmosphere.

i'm an artist, if i fuck up my eyes, i'm not gonna be a very good one.
and yes i do smoke pot occasionally, it's cause i gave up cigarettes, but i'm trying to quit that as well, i'd like to see my kids grow up.
the point is, there's lotsa great ways to make a party look good without blacklight, just my two cents.
