My name is Lyra, and I've just moved to Powell River, BC. I've noticed that there are a few people on Tribe from PR, but there was no tribe! So here it is! Talk about anything you like pertaining to Powell River or surrounding areas. Throw out events, reviews, particularly good local food or artisans, etc. and have fun!

Busnut here, I'm new to the area having come from the S.F.bay, presently living in Courtenay ( but a ferry ride away).
I could do with hearing about anything fun that might be happening around these parts, ie fire jams, pot luck , dances, hiking and entheogens!!

Fri, December 21, 2007 - 1:13 PMAgh! Sorry about being sort of non-existent. Jeremy is working and often crashing after he gets home, and I, well, have no excuse. Been sick for the past while, but have been doing a lot of research on indoor plants (dwarf fruit trees, tropical species, etc.) and such. Life with us has been pretty interesting. We still can't move into our basement room because the landlord is dragging her ass with getting around to fixing it.
Aaaanyway, I don't know yet about New Year's. I'm hoping for something fun! Probably Locos. What are you thinking?
