Dear All,

A collegue of mine named Senthil was hospitalized a few days before because his blood count became too low. Looks like this is because his bone marrow is producing a dangerously low count of blood cells. He already went thru the hospitalization once and was away from work for a couple of months. The doctors did a temporary fix and gave medicines to improve his blood count. Looks like it has not worked, he continues to have the same problem. The permanent soltuion for this is a bone marrow transplant - but looks like Senthil's current health doesn't allow it. He and his wife (married an year before) are new to united states and his wife is now taking care of him all alone with the help of some of his friends. Both of their parents are back at India and are in a pitiful state not being able to support their children in a needy time. Senthil's wife doesn't know english also and struggles to understand what the doctors have to say. Doctors have sedated Senthil and I really feel very sorry for his wife that she has to go through this all alone in a yound age of 22. I request you all to pray for Senthil's health to recover soon and for his wife to go through this phase of her life with courage and grace.
