I LOVE THIS! I love the style of the painting, the colors and the feeling I get when I look at it.

thanks jamie! I started this right before I went away to america the first time, when oisin was about 7 months old! Crazy it has taken me so long, but I have only devoted an hour or so at a time now and then to it, so thats my excuse...Lately ive been trying to get it finished, so I can finish a few others Ive been working on too. This ones my baby though, lol, and I want it to be PERFECT....
The style is pretty much 'my style'...even my pen/ink and pencil stuff resembles it....I find it hard to paint becuase I like to interweave so many things and its easy to do with pen/ink but harder to to with a brush becuase of the fine detail, but im working on it.
Anyway, I was thinking about getting a shirt printed out with it when Im finished, with 'magical mama' on it or something, from cafe press......so if/when I do i will let you know and you can get one....

Also, your paintings remind me of my friend Jamie Jones paintings. He paints very colorful surreal tribal stuff. you would love them!
