I have had many occurences in my life that make me aware that I am completely surrounded by love and spirit guides. I have not experienced a visual perception of specific guides, but have what I call "My 3's" that guide me. That's an entire other story to be explored and explained further. I have also been touched with clairaudience with my grandmother who I knew only a short time and a dear friend like a father. That sense for me is in no way completely developed but there and occurs at times when I have not been seeking but willed and needed connection with something beyond and more life affirming and powerful. I have also had many encounters with spirits of another sort....not necessarily spirit guides, but have seen orbs of energy hovering in my room, touched by some entity in high concentrations of spirits - ie. Whaley House, San Diego etc.

I have experienced a few lucid dreams however they were not as you described.. .maybe I am still just on the way to getting there. I have been doing much more dream work lately and documenting what I experience when I slumber.

Recently, I have also had a few intense occurences of sensing anothers energy in my third eye after focused energy on a particular person in mind and meditation. I have not attempted that type of connection in such a long time, that as I was doing this, I wondered is it all for not...but then rushing orbs of warm, golden light came rushing into my mind's eye and consciousness. I have not yet confirmed with this person that this connection was being made but at the same time, it was so intense and unlike anything I've experienced past that I feel I don't need confirmation on that level. It happened. It is. It was.
