I have been looking for a brew tribe and here it is! Now I don't have to create one:)
I am new to this but on my fourth brew:) All have turned out great.
I am an extract brewer now getting most of my kits online from Midwest (good company!)
So far I have three corny kegs, a tapped frig, and some basics... It is more expensive than I thought it would be, but worth it.
Man it sure goes fast!

I am starting to look into making wine also...

Anyway I will stop in from time to time to let you know what I am brewing etc...

Mugwort

I am currently fermenting an IPA with some Mugwort. I added it to the boil at flame-out. I have never tried any thing like this before so… we shall see!

What other “unusual” herbs, spices, flowers, weeds, has anyone brewed with? At what point do you add it to the batch?
