The other thing you might want to do is go over to ning.com, sign up for the Tribe Refugee Bellydancers network (Ning is a DIY-network site, and a lot of Tribe people have joined up so we have a way of reconnecting in the event that Tribe goes away) and start up a PURE-LA group in that network. Each network serves as a sort of mini-Tribe, so to keep it simple and as inclusive as possible, folks seem to be keeping the various bellydance groups under the Tribe Refugee Bellydancer umbrella, as opposed to starting their own independent network.
