I know very little about most of the teachers listed.
The best instructor really depends on what you from the Qigong and your general compatibility with the teacher and the method of instruction.
You may want to check out Sharon Smith.

With your belly dance background, it would be great for you to learn Chan Mi Gong but unfortunately I do not know who could teach it to you besides myself and I live on the opposite coast.
