I'm amazed at the results of hypnotism! I have a toy box full of methods that I use with my clients and the effects are breath taking. For such a simple set of processes, they have a life altering effect.

One of them that I like is called the "NLP - Swish Method." Picture for example in your minds movie theater a scene of something you don't like in your life. Make it clear and add sound, smells, tastes, touches. As many senses as you can.
Now, run a different movie of what you like to happen. Remember to make that movie involve as many senses as you can!
And finally, run the old movie of the undesired scene and simply let the new movie of the desired scene, explode through it and take over the mental theater screen! Do this slowly at first. And then, speed up the process over and over and over again.
Let your inner guide tell you when you've done this enough.

What will shock you, is how fast opportunities start to appear and situations manifest themselves to let the desired movie come about into this reality!
