This is a question posed to me by another fellow hypnotherapist. I use hypnosis to daily return to that very still place within. That place within us that is totally trouble free. It has no worries! It just enjoys the moment. I use Key Word methods to instantly achieve that stillness. Much like giving your computer a command to shutdown or turn on. Your mind works in much the same manner. Most people go for years, sometimes their entire lifetime replaying an event that has key words within that event, that keys you into a state of being. Some are replaying very painful experiences. Some are living in the past, in High School when they were the star!
However, we can use this same method to live in the present. To enjoy what Indian mystics called: Satchitanand. Which means true consciousness of bliss. We can achieve whatever state we play in our inner movie house. We can play dialog or key words that instantly take us to that state of Satchitanand. Most of us spend most of our year saving up for that week or two week vacation. Then we rush and fight traffic, airport lines and crowds to achieve that one moment of bliss and contentment. We could save ourselves a lot of money and effort by simply changing our minds in a way that takes us super deep into that state of bliss and contentment!
Change the way you see things, and things will absolutely change! Change the way you talk to yourself via your inner dialog and your inner dialog will change from worry, stress and fear to a state of courage, contentment and absolute bliss!
And the best part..., this doesn't require some swami weenie or guru guy or any special ritual or decoder ring! You have all the tools necessary to experience peace and contentment now!
