Every cell in your body is a reflection of your consciousness. They are mirrors of what you've programmed them to be and will continue to do this function until you drop this body and move onto another. So, what are you telling your body?
When I practice yoga asana and pranayama, I tell my body to let go. To inhale the mercy and compassion that I swim in and have my being in! And to exhale the pain and fear. Continuously! When I encounter someone who's in pain or afraid, I breathe for them because we've always in reality been One. I inhale for us. The forgiveness that they have lost somehow. I inhale kindness and gentleness and rest for them until we attune that state together. We exhale that pain and fear that they don't need anymore.
I inhale prosperity and contentment for you all and exhale the feeling of lack that we don't need anymore!
I inhale rest and contentment for you all and exhale the feeling of fear and anxiety that we don't need anymore!
I dream awake and invoke the quantum splendor that is your birthright and release the confusion that we don't need anymore!
I dream awake and invoke your enlightenment that has always been there and I witness that enlightenment that's always been there in you!
I inhale deep sleep and rest to recharge your bodies and exhale the fatigue and weariness that we don't need anymore!
Whatever the distance, I send my love,
:D

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Sat, November 10, 2007 - 11:47 PMSo let me tell you about my experience...
Being a newbie at meditating, I would try it for ten minutes at a time here and there....
I recently started to read the Pranayama beyond the fundamentals book by Richard Rosen.
Yesterday morning(6am) when I meditated, I started to focus more on my breathing and the rythm turned into something I had never felt before...it was like the in and out of waves ..exhaling and inhaling practically in one motion
(almost as if I were asleep but I wasnt.) and a tingly sensation.
I was in that state for 20 minutes..wow for me!
To make along story short when I was finished I had a great boost of energy and felt wonderful, positive and relaxed...
( note: Im not a morning person).
I tried it again but couldnt get as deep as I did the other day.......
anywho...
I enjoyed it very much so, I have to continue to practice ....
Thank you!

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Sun, November 11, 2007 - 11:50 AMas a non-body oriented person, i spent a life ignoring my body. until this year. (ok i did try to do some yoga oor pilates but they nevre lasted more than a month).
this summer brought me many gifts, as all of those intense vibrations kept coming and coming and pushing our boundaries and opening our eyes, the opend my eyes to my body.
i began doing the 5 tibetan rites. and as i laid down breathing deeply, getting ready, i began a talking to my body.
i noticed how i had ignored my cells. how i forced them to do what they had to do with medicines, instead of love.
how i never really grasped the idea that my body with all those cells, are ME. how i saw them as THEM, as enemies or parts of a machine that makes me live in this world. nothing more.
as i laid there, talking to US, apologizing for ignoring them for so long, i burst into tears. i felt US all connecting for the first time. it was wonderful!
so now when i lay down on the mat after the rites, i talk to US. i breath out all fears and disease, and breath in love, and health.
i am grateful to have this door opened to me.
Love to all....
PS. i totally get you jessy :) great experience. keep it going and you'll be rewarded generously :D

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Sun, November 11, 2007 - 12:44 PMThat's how it starts. Slowly at first. A few burst of bliss. And then you find yourself practicing your path all the time. Things change place. You replace being in a state of pain and separation to walking down the street and blessing and raising the empowerment for every being you encounter. It becomes spontaneous after awhile.
Moving quietly and inhaling bliss for every being no matter their size, shape, color or background. Looking for opportunities to bless and thank the best experience of quantum splendor into others. And as you do this, your courage of compassion grows. You lose the fear of extending love and blessings to all.
It's what we came here for! This IS the adventure!
Whatever the distance, I send my love to you,
:D

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Sun, November 11, 2007 - 2:31 PMi use this to heal myself - only with breath... (i 'discovered' it when i couldn't afford to get sick in my student days, hehehehe)...
and my little son this way - but healing children is so easy they are so non-resistant...
however never occured to me to do it this way with others...
tried this evening with my ex- for him it felt good - very noticeable shift in him... (i didnt tell him that i was 'breathing' him)
but me - oh well - my issues stood in the way of energy passing through - so i got stuck by the end of our time together...
like giving massages can get you feeling tired if you dont know how to do it...
i think i need to do this on a 'subject' with less (negative) emotional charge - untill i get better at it...
thank you for the inspiration... -

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Thu, November 22, 2007 - 8:43 AMYears ago I practiced Tong-Lin and Michael Roaches methods as well. Now, I'm combining those methods with Emotional-Dialect as well as Reptile-Mind Dialects and finding it to be even more intense.

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Sat, December 15, 2007 - 3:35 PMI thank the Universe that I found this group. Gentle reminders of what I KNOW are always good.
I'm living in Reno, mostly without friends, having left them and my grown children in another city in order to move forward with my life and realize my dream of travel. Being here has left me feeling alone and isolated much of the time. Reminders of the inter-connectedness of Life, and that we are all One, help tremendously. Knowing we are all part of the Divine is a great comfort. Remembering the magic and knowing it in my soul are key ingredients of a happy life for me.
Thank you all.

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Sat, December 15, 2007 - 6:26 PMAt some point you'll return to this Now. To that silent, still and relaxed part of you that witnesses. That's always there eternally. And It's ok to long for those things and people and events of the past. And it's ok to want things, people and events in the future. As long as you remember who it is that wants and what it is within you that witnesses that want.
And by remembering that silent, still and relaxed center, you reconnect to the witness, witnessing. And in that moment, there's the ah-ha that you've been looking for in reality beyond all the people, places, things and events. In that Now, you again experience a small taste of that Oneness. Each time you return to that center that Oneness becomes more and more profound in it's attraction for your attention.
Someone asks you: who do you think you are? And since you've been returning again and again to center... what roles out of you sometimes is the biggest cathartic laugh release!
Being in this Now is being in a state of entering the Oneness. Constantly remembering that silent, still and relaxed center within you is being that Oneness for all.

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Thu, December 20, 2007 - 8:46 PMI read a blog posted today from the Arcturians that was about learning to inhabit your light body. As a person who has always felt chained to my body (and it has some physical challenges that I will not go into here), I found the reading today INCREDIBLE - as I am learning that I do in fact exist on a plane other than 3D physicality - and to be able to inhabit my light body more often is a GREAT relief for me - makes it almost bearable to stay around for the rest of the acsension!
LOVE TO ALL

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Fri, January 4, 2008 - 4:50 PMI've been trying something new of late that I feel has helped me. Every morning just after I wake up and right before I nod off to sleep I take a few minutes to send love and gratitude through my body to thank it for doing such a good job for me. It feels terrific and I am also feeling healthier.
Our bodies are really quite marvelous gifts no mater what they look like. -

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Mon, January 28, 2008 - 8:25 AMLeo, you have it going on for sure.... there is much to meditate on, we can pick and choose too, there is much to breath into and much to breath out... the intention though, even though the words in the mind may speak out the concepts of health and weath and good life vibrations, the intention is the key.... the virbration of truth, and the question..."what do you really really really want? being answered in your heart and mind with conviction... sending gratitude is one of the many lost practices of our age, in Western world practices.
On a scientific level, the cellular development is in constant rebirth process, being made mostly of water, a super duper conductive fluid that fills us from head to toe, the skin for example being our largest organ, is mostly water, and water vibrates!
imagine a seriously happy person who shares gratitude with everything, think of how the water in that persons cellular structure is resonating and vibrating along, a beautiful thought indeed.
let the ripples of good intensions resonate your desires and truth....
the gift of being is beautiful
take the minutes you need, you have the power, find your intensions and be true.... -

Re: Every Cell in your body...
Mon, January 28, 2008 - 1:58 PMnice that you mention water - in addition to drink plenty of it i make use od that japaneese scientist's experiment and drink from the bottle that i have written on "love and gratitude"...
made also a special one for my kid and drew an extra little heart on it... and explained it to him - so he seems even more happy to have his special water bottle ("look, mommy drew heart on it")
nice reminder to drink sufficiently, adds to the pleasure while drinking water, respecting and loving my body...
