Random Acts of Art (RAA) (pronounced Rah)

A place for us to plan Art in any form and place it in the usual and hopefully the unusual spaces.
When we look around the city of Dallas and the surrounding suburbs we see so many open spaces just begging for something interesting to be put there... why not a RAA???

Come up with the idea, brainstorm it and place it...

RAA's can be of any form including but not limited to Painting, Sculpture, Performance, Dance, Music etc etc

RAA is not about vandalism, graffiti , littering or destruction of any kind.. the Art should be made so that it can easily be cleaned up if it's not wanted... might even decide on documenting a take down
process for larger things as to maybe save us some trouble.

Should be in public spaces so others can enjoy

Should be interesting and unusual even if the unusual is only in the placement

Should not be offensive... want to draw attention but not upset people

This is NOT a collective... if you have an idea and want to work on it and that alone cool if you want to work on someone else's project cool come and go as you please.

Some Examples could include but not limited to:

Small Sculptures made out of recycled materials to keep cost down
Performance Dance piece on a street corner
Painting on a canvas (don't want to be considered Graffiti) installed in a park
DJ playing in a park
Use your imagination and discuss them here
