The class of people that make these decisions are not going to allow any change in their profits or ideology. I expected nothing less than what I see happening. Gitmo stays open, Iraq stays occupied, Afghanistan gets more troops, health care is a joke, banks get bailed out, the insane military "budget" keeps going up, all of Cheney/bush and Clinton and Bush 1 and Reagan policies continue, on and on and on.

I must admit that I didn't see Pakistan getting bombed. I figured they have nukes and that usually keeps the US from doing stupid shit...but nobody is perfect in there foresight!! We'll see about Iran, eh? Or Syria...
