PODCAST description-as good as possible?

HI,
Thanks for being here. Here is the opening description of the podcast. Please discuss or suggest any thoughts / ways to improve this text to be ideally clear, direct, succinct and engaging.
Thanks
revRob

Welcome to the Beta Test for the very first RADIO FREE HEAVEN podcast. (Track information below).

THE BIG IDEA:
The premise behind RADIO FREE HEAVEN is a new form of music programming. The organizing principle of the music here is “an uplifting message” in the lyrics or in the feel of the music. Unlike traditional music programming this unifying theme will not primarily organize content by genre. Even traditional spiritual music programming is rooted in just one genre at a time.

Therefore and ideally each podcast should pull from many different genres of music and work to place them in a harmonious balance.

I believe that this approach to music programming will quickly expand and become influential. For me, the “uplifting theme” at RADIO FREE HEAVEN will be reflected in a mystical world view that holds that every separate thing is simultaneously part of one whole - one universe - an ALL within which there is no lack or separation. From this point of view, words like God and Spirit are synonyms for UNIVERSE. In this way almost anything can be seen as potentially uplifting if placed harmoniously in this larger context. Serious, humorous, even dark expressions of life can be seen as uplifting when balanced by this holistic context. By taking this non-denominational approach, it is my hope that the programming be accessible to those inclined in their lives toward science or spirit or both.

So, driving in your car or sitting at home; feeling up or feeling down: RADIO FREE HEAVEN is here to provide both support and a boost to your spirits. RADIO FREE HEAVEN and I recognize the listener as the magnificent expression of the universe beyond circumstance.

I would very much like to generate as much feed back as possible for song suggestions, band suggestions, or non-genre themes for future episodes. For example: bands with over 70% uplifting spiritual themes - Moody Blues, etc. Uplifting concept themes: Paradise - Sade, Three Dog Night, Jimmy Buffet, etc. Instrumental music.

Submit ideas by email below or post to our discussion group at tribe.net (coming soon).

That is all, for now enjoy the program. R. C. C.

Hi,
We would love to hear your thoughts / suggestions for future shows.
Suggest based on either lyrics or feeling of the song.
Also good are ideas for Bands or Composers to check out.
We are looking for suggestions from as wide a variety of genres as possible.
But send as many of your faves as you like regardless of their genre.

It is also really great when it is a song that might normally pass by without someone noticing
it is really uplifting or spiritual but moved to this context it would really stand out.

SO WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVES?
