Beloved family,
We invite you all to come and share your visions, inspiration, skills and creativity on the first Benelux Rainbow Gathering that will be held in a beautiful little place in the Belgian province of Luxemburg, called la Toup Toup.
Those who were at the last belgian gaterhing will know this place, we were there two years ago too. La Toup Toup is a small field alongside a mountain river, in the middel of a big magical forest, near the village of O?r. After an adventurous scouting trip, the Belgian focalisers ended up in O?r again and found out that the scouts who camped there all summer leave on the 16th of August.
The scouts still clean up till the 20th, but we can start our seedcamp on the 18th and get the gathering going on the thursday the 20th. We will gather till friday the 18th of september and clean up in the weekend afterwards.
PLEASE BRING:
Your personal spoon, fork, knife, cup and plate
Your personal camping material: tent or tarp, sleeping
bag, extra blankets, (the weather can be wet and
cold so be prepared)
Organic food you like to share
Camp material: tipi's, shovel, tarps, rope, kitchen
stuff, JERRYCANS !!!, tools for workshops, drawing and
painting material, candles, oil lamp, ...
Acoustical musical instruments
Natural medicine and healing stuff
Books for the rainbow library

Your children, your good will and your abundance, your

Try to avoid bringing packing material, you
take your own garbage back with you.
Your dog: experience shows us that living together
with a group of people is hard to combine with dogs:
the general hygiene, the open kitchen, children
running around, the spring that need to stay pure ...
If you really have to take your dog, don't let him/her
run around unguided, pick up every shit and burry it
deep enough, don't let your dog come into the kitchen
or near the spring.
HOW TO GET THERE
The village of O?r is located in the community of
Paliseul, about 15 km from Bouillon in the province of
Luxembourg, in the south of Belgium.
On the E411 in the direction of Luxemburg, take the
exit 24 and then take the direction Maissin. In
Maissin, go to O?r.
In the village of O?r follow the road going north (Rue
de Porcheresse) . Do not go over the bridge crossing
the river but follow straight on (Rue de Lesse). The
road makes a turn to the right, in between some
stables, follow left (do not take the road going
straight on), at the next junction take left road where you
leave the asphalt road. A little further on is the parking
place. Please leave your car there, and follow the signs
through the forest, along the river O?r, untill you get to
La Toup Toup. It takes about half an hour to walk down.
Don't drive your car down to the camping site, the
road in the forest is pretty bad.
Public transport : the nearest trainstation is
Paliseul, this is about 8 km from O?r, from O?r to the
gathering (La Toup Toup) is another
3 km. There is ?unfortunately- only one bus per week
going from Paliseul to O?r, on thursday at 12h40 (line
6 ). If you can, take your bike on the train, or
hitchhike.

Ceux qui ?taient au dernier rassemblement belge conna?tront cet endroit, on ?tait l? il y a deux ans aussi. Apr?s un voyage de scouting aventureux, les focalisateurs belges sont retourn?s ? O?r et y ont d?couvert que les scouts qui ont camp? l? tout l'?t? terminent leurs camps le 16 ao?t.
Les scouts nettoient encore jusqu'au 20, mais nous pouvons commencer notre seedcamp mardi le 18 et commencer le rassemblement jeudi 20 ao?t. Le rassemblement durera alors jusqu'? vendredi le 18 septembre, on nettoiera le week-end apr?s.

enfants qui jouent, la source qui doit rester pure...
Si vous devez absolument apporter votre chien, veillez
? ce qu'il/elle ne soit jamais errant, ? ramasser et ?
enterrer imm?diatement les cacas, et qu'il/elle
n'entre jamais dans la cuisine ou pr?s de la source.
DESCRIPTION DE LA ROUTE
Le village d'O?r fait partie de la commune de Paliseul
et se trouve ? 15 km de Bouillon, dans la province du
Luxembourg, daans le Sud de la Belgique.
Sur la E411 dans la direction de Luxembourg, prenez la
sortie 24, d'o? vous continuez dans la direction de

quelques ?tables, tourne ensuite ? gauche (pas tout droit!). Quand vous arrivez ? une bifurcation, prenez ? gauche, le chemin n'est plus asphalt?. Un peu plus loin se trouve le parking. De l?, vous allez ? pied ? travers le bois, vous longez la rivi?re jusqu'? ce que vous arrivez ? la Toup Toup, une promenade d'une demie heure.
Transports publics: il y a une gare ? Paliseul, de l? jusqu'? O?r, c'est encore 7 km, et puis encore 3 km jusqu'? la Toup Toup. Il n'y a qu'un seul bus par semaine de Paliseul ? O?r, c'est le jeudi ? 12h40,
ligne 6.
Si vous pouvez, prenez vos v?los sur le train, ou faites du stop.

Wij nodigen jullie allen uit om je idee?n, inspiratie, vaardigheden en creativiteit te komen delen op de eerste Benelux Rainbow Gathering die we dit jaar houden op een mooi plekje, in de Belgische provincie Luxemburg, genaamd la Toup Toup.
Zij die erbij waren op de laatste Belgische gathering kennen deze plek, we waren daar twee jaar geleden ook. La Toup Toup is een klein veldje naast een bergrivier, midden in van een groot magisch bos, dichtbij het dorpje O?r. Na een avontuurlijke scouting trip, belandden de Belgische focalisers opnieuw in O?r en kwamen te weten dat de scouts die daar al de hele zomer kamperen, op 16 augustus vertrekken.
De scouts moeten nog wel wat wat opruimen, tot den 20ste, maar wij kunnen ons seedcamp op dinsdag de 18de beginnen en de gathering van start laten gaan op donderdag den 20ste. Op vrijdag 18 september is 't gedaan, in het weekend daarna ruimen we op.
WAT MEE TE BRENGEN
Je eigen lepel, vork, pennemes, kop, bord
Je eigen kampeergerief: tent, slaapgerief, extra
dekens (het kan koud zijn), bescherming voor de regen
(de vallei kan vochtig zijn)
Kamp materiaal: tipi's, spade, zeilen, zaag,

workshops, teken- en schildergerief, kaarsen,
olielamp...

WAT LAAT JE THUIS
Alcohol en drugs
Elektrische en elektronische apparaten (gsm afzetten,
geen laptops, gameboys, radio's e.d.)
Zeep en wasproducten
Beperk zoveel mogelijk het verpakkingsmateriaa l, het
is de bedoeling dat je je eigen afval terug meeneemt
Je hond: ervaring leert ons dat samenleven met een
grote groep mensen moeilijk te combineren valt met
honden: er is de open keuken, er lopen kinderen rond,
de bron voor het drinkwater moet zuiver blijven, het
kamp moet hygi?nisch blijven. Als het echt niet anders
kan, verwachten we dat je hond rustig is en goed
luistert, dat je hem/haar altijd bij je hebt, dat je
onmiddellijk alle kaka opruimt en diep genoeg
begraaft, en dat ie niet in de keuken en aan het
bronnetje komt.
WEGBESCHRIJVING:
Het dorpje O?r maakt deel uit van de gemeente Paliseul en ligt op ongeveer 15km van Bouillon, in de provincie Luxemburg, Zuid Belgi?.
Op de E411 richting Luxemburg, neem je afslag 24 en volg je de weg tot in het dorp Maissin. Vandaar volg je de wegwijzers naar O?r.
In O?r volg je de Rue de Porcheresse in noordelijke richting, niet over de brug links, maar rechtdoor de Rue de Lesse volgen. De baan draait naar rechts, tussen enkele stallen, dan naar links (niet
rechtdoor!) en splitst dan even later waar de asfalt over gaat in zand. Even verderop is de parking. Laat daar je auto achter en wandel een half uurtje door het bos met de rivier O?r links tot je in La Toup Toup bent. Dus niet het bos inrijden, het pad is nogal slecht.
Openbaar vervoer: er is een station in Paliseul, dat op 7 km van O?r ligt. Van in O?r is het nog 3 km tot in La Toup Toup. Er is, jammer genoeg, maar 1 bus per week van Paliseul naar O?r (lijn 6, donderdag om 12.40u).
Als je kan, neem dan je fiets mee op de trein, of doe autostop.
