Hi Kate, I teach a beginner level class on Tuesday nights from 6:30 - 8:30 and an intermediate class on Thursday at the same time. Both are in my yard right now but it's getting cold so I guess I'll have to find a studio space indoors again soon. Probably in a few weeks when the next session starts. Maybe back in Apex or North Raleigh, homes of my last two studios but spaces that were very expensive and that I finally had to give up. My friend Meghan also teaches in Raleigh at Gateway Yoga but I'm not sure what her days and hours are. You could call and ask. I'd love to have in you my classes if you're interested.
