      <description>&lt;div&gt;happy to be part of the Random PR team. One of the great things about Ross is not only is he obviously a very talented guy, he sets the standard for personal accountability and reliability in the psytrance scene. Sometimes things come a bit slower for "nice guys", but in the end the success they inevitably experience is real, and will last.
