This was at the "Casbah on the Prairie" show and Rania posed for a picture with Nathaniel a Pediatric Stroke Survivor. Nathaniel to this day loves Rania and the fact she supported his cause.

That is SO CUTE!!! I will never forget how much he would blush whenever Rania would talk to him. Too fun!
