    Rania replied, she is aware of the post, but said YouTube is requiring her to prove that she owns the copyright to the clip and making her jump through other hoops. It is sad that people can so easily use your image, but you have such a hard time finding recourse.

      it's annoying when someone just trying to clear their name has such an impossible time doing it. but if you want to do something stupid, it's like the law is there to protect YOU, not the person you're harming.
      even with identity theft -- the IRS doesnt care about the person using your SSN#, if they can find you, they'll make you pay for all the unpaid taxes and that's where it stops for them.
