Happy new year! What does everyone have going on in '07?

We (Raqs Habibi) are trying to plan some shows and events. Being in different cities forces us to be a bit choosy! We are really excited to dance in Bellydance Odyssey's show in Santa Cruz in April starring Aziza. Shakira danced with Aziza in Banat al Fez when Ms. A was still in Portland. Plus...come on, Aziza! One of the best.

We have some other stuff up or sequined sleeves, as well, including new costumes, a weekend of living in the dance studio creating some new material, and some other shows in negotiations here and there.

And y'all? Where can we see you dancing this year? Shall we all put on a show sometime?
