What an AWESOME work-shop day!! My Dreams have Come True!!! Rachel, Zoe and Mardi!!! YES!! But I am so Sore!!! I am rewarding myself by Eating LOTS of Cookies!!!

It feels great to be so sore. It makes me want to practice like every second of everyday just to get better at all the movements posture and arms we learned yesterday!

Wed, May 7, 2008 - 7:44 PMlol, I thought I was gonna pass out after Zoe's workshop, I barely ate before that, thank you soo much for the food there mearah I dont think I would have last through Rachel's workshop if I hadnt had that apple. I went to pick up some fries at wendy's and I could barely bring the fries to my mouth I was so weak. lol. But yes what a wonderful experience!! I cant wait til next time :)
