Last night driving "Don't Stop 'Til You Get ENough" came on the radio and I so cranked it, and I realized that since we only have 2 stations here, and one is way more popular than the other, maybe half the other cars on the crowded street last night were also listening to this song, and thinking about Michael Jackson. On the one hand I felt the same powerful yeh!!!! I always get to this song. On the other I felt loss, and it brought tears to my eyes, so there I was, rocking, snuffling, dabbing my eyes, and smiling all at once. And thinking yes, this is how I feel, there are certain things in life I haven't ever had enough of and I want more, more, more until I finally get enough.

Yoga and meditation is a better answer. Gradually tune out oldies station keeping karmic beat in mammalian brain....... or whatever. -
