QUESTION:
Is there any legislation that says the REAL ID numbers that we get on cards will someday be implanted in verichips?
The conspiracy people assume this, and they may be right, but I want to know if anyone in politics or industry has admitted this.

Re: VERICHIP IMPLANTS
Mon, January 21, 2008 - 5:24 AMMaybe Real ID and Verichip implants are a distraction from the fact that they are both unnecessary. That all the info "THEY" need on everyone is already in their possession. How else would people continue to be "giving and taking in marriage" and continuing to live life as normal as if nothing was wrong. Completely blind to the fact that they are already living in "the Tribulation"? Maybe. Probably not. I don't know that much about Real ID but would assume that whatever info / data is on your card would be automatically transferred to an implant when and if they eventually become mandatory. Personally I think it's just a matter of time. This may or may not authenticate Bible prophecy. For me it most certainly does NOT validate God. : )
Happy thoughts. La, la la.

Re: VERICHIP IMPLANTS
Mon, January 21, 2008 - 5:58 AMWe loves ya Marv. Of course, the tech is accessible. What we could concentrate on is a collective action to discredit these police state R&D activities. IF it does come down to it, we brainy, ambitious Tribers will, no doubt, form village buying coops and housing cooperatives to circumvent hiring and rental requirements. Self sufficiency and solidarity, man...... -

Re: VERICHIP IMPLANTS
Mon, January 21, 2008 - 7:20 AMCoops and circumvention are idealistic pipe dreams. Basically anyone that doesnt submit will be exterminated. Maybe some people somewhere will be able to "run to the hills" but I think they are a minority. Most likely they are already there. It's a little late in the game to be making any rosey plans like that. If you really think youre going to be doing this at some point you should go now. You should have gone yesterday. Or even years ago. Times running out. The clock is ticking.
Tick tock. Tick tock. Watch the clock. The ship's coming into dock. Nothing can be done to stop. Tick tock. Tick tock.
Tick....
tock .
Just watch and smile. What else can you do really. -

I haven't seen any legislation like this. Also, I know Katherine Albrecht, and she hasn't said anything about it (she's probably the one who would know this best).
That said, the UK may be planning to track prisoners via implanted chips. I've heard nothing about any kind of a plan like this in the US. *If* it ever did happen here, I'd suspect it would start with prisoners, or people with Alzheimers, and then would expand from there.

Hi-tech 'satellite' tagging planned in order to create

Ministers are planning to implant "machine-readable" microchips under the
skin of thousands of offenders as part of an expansion of the electronic
tagging scheme that would create more space in British jails.
Amid concerns about the security of existing tagging systems and prison
overcrowding, the Ministry of Justice is investigating the use of satellite
and radio-wave technology to monitor criminals.
But, instead of being contained in bracelets worn around the ankle, the tiny
chips would be surgically inserted under the skin of offenders in the
community, to help enforce home curfews. The radio frequency identification
(RFID) tags, as long as two grains of rice, are able to carry scanable
personal information about individuals, including their identities, address
and offending record.

Re: VERICHIP IMPLANTS
Tue, January 22, 2008 - 5:57 AMMy friends dogs have them now. They are appealing to parents as a way to track their kids in case they get lost or kidknapped. Preying on parents worst fears. On one hand it makes perfect sense. On another it pretty scarey.

Wed, February 6, 2008 - 6:33 AMIf they do start requiring implants what do you supose they plan on doing about the evidence that came out last year about the implants causing an extremely aggressive form of cancer?
That info didn't stay in the public eye for very long at all and I have not heard any updates.

I'm sure they will try to dismiss it, or downplay it.
Some states right now have passed legislation forbidding corporations from requiring implants as a condition of employment. We'd have to expand that legislation to prohibit any kind of forced implant.
If we can't do that, then we'll have to litigate. There's a very real constitutional issue here regarding bodily integrity.
Keeping the issue in the public eye is key, especially with regards to legislation.
