I am looking for a PT resident property management job in the East Bay. I have a VERY flexible work schedule during the day and an equaly flexible schedule at night. I also have some experience with the majority of what the job entails. I am organized, personable, responsible, and a great sales person.

In addition, I am taking some Landlord workshops at the local chapter of the CA Apt. Association and I'm more than willing to become certified in the industry.
