Hi, Aussie broker here.....just wondering what the industry is like in other countries regarding marketing & referral sources, soft dollar issues, etc. Has anyone got any creative ideas that have worked for them? I have tried stuff like letterbox drops, shopping centre displays, newspaper, radio, school newsletters, open houses, building relationships with RE, conveyancers & accountants (to name a few) but I need that EDGE. Any ideas? much appreciated
