I just created my online newsletter at www.realtydirect.net/news/default.asp
Have a look - I'm pretty pleased.

Re: Great marketing resource
Mon, November 1, 2004 - 4:40 PMHi,
Here's another great tool for marketing to your clients and prospects from Vertical Response ( www.verticalresponse.com/prod/info.html ) . Keep them aware of new property listings and upcoming open houses with iBuilder, the easy-to-use web-based tool for creating high impact Postcard and Email Marketing campaigns.
No technical expertise is needed for you to create, send, and instantly track your email campaigns, or build your own postcards that we print for you. There's no software to upload, and you can create a campaign in just minutes.
Check it out and send yourself a test Email or Postcard and let me know what you think - it's really easy to use. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do. Many of my friends are even using the postcards for Christmas cards this year!
Cheers,

Re: Great marketing resource
Sat, November 13, 2004 - 11:05 PMYou are responsible for generating your own list. From clients opting in on your website, meeting people at open houses, etc. There are no lists available to buy.
If you do try to spam, the mailings are monitored through deliverability %s, spam complaints, and phony accounts that Yahoo, AOL etc. set-up to track SPAM. You'll be cut off if these show up frequently.
Snail-mail can't be monitored as well, though the software does look for proper format of addresses. So if you got a list from a title company and sent Postcards, you can mail to anybody. That seems like it's been an acceptable practice in the industry anyway.
Hope this helps!
