    Hi Jo-
I'm a real estate agent in NY, but before that career I lived in NJ for about 4 years. When it came time to leave, I had Weichert Realtors sell my condo and I was extremely impressed- so much so that I became a realtor myself! Here's the guy I would suggest if you're looking in the Northern NJ area- even if not, he can send you to a Weichert agent near you (btw- I don't work for Weichert).

The Broker's name is Eric Siegel- he manages a Weichert branch in Jersey City near Hoboken. His address is 273 Grove Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302. Phone is 201-333-4443 and his email is esiegel@weichertrealtors.net (though I don't know how often he checks it).

Ok, good luck and let me know if you decide to use him!

Oy! It's too early to be replying to posts. You can disregard that last post- I answered the whole think thinking you were looking for a Real Estate Broker. I need some coffee.
