I helped out in the kitchen a little, but only have spotty memories of the actual menus. I thought most of the meals showed a lot of excellent forethought, planning, and execution.

As for specifics....
I remember one of the non-vegan meals was a beef stroganoff.
One dinner was a taco/burrito bar, and you could choose between adding meat or tempe/tofu

Perhaps folks might want to post their thoughts about the food from this year, while it's fresh in their mind?

I don't remember what was served on which days, but here's what I remember about the menu:

Pasta -- there was one pasta meal, with omni's being served meatballs, vegans got tempe
Tacos -- There were two meals that served tacos. Both yummy
Lamb -- a nouvelle cuisine meal. Not as filling as some of the others, but very yummy
